I have been doing this for years intuitively, especially with extreme stress and especially when I had a situation that caused me to go to the hospital. He warned me that I looked like a crazy person and that they would think I had some psychiatric issues and not take me seriously. A first I thought it looks weird, but I tried anyway, and OMG it feels good! Thank you so much! An extra good side effect is that, since I'm autistic and have lots of sensory issues, it also calmed me down because of sensory stimulation. I'll definitely do it more often!

Unfortunately, these kinds of practices work ONLY ONCE OR TWICE. There is an initial motivation and hope rises. It's all 95% placebo. I'm sorry. If this REALLY worked, people would practice this everywhere.
This is great and I love tapping. Two things to add to the effect : 1. squeeze your finger nails firmly on all fingers (or toes) as in reflexology these link to your brain 2. Circle your eyes every way as eye muscle tension flows directly through to the brain and stick your tongue out as far as possible a few times
I did this session with you as I was having migraine pain… it magically vanished at the end of the exercise… I got saved from taking OTC tablets… Thankyou sooo sooo muchhhh! God Bless You❤️❤️❤️

i did this on my mom for about 30 minutes and her migraine, slowed to the point of relaxation, we incorporated other breathing techniques and i held space for her to vent about what was going through her mind, shared with her insight on less tense ways she could go about perceiving her "must do's" without applying self pressure. she ended up smiling and yawning telling me she was relaxed and felt ready to nap with comfort, thank you for sharing your medicine wit us!

I personally think when she does count its gud but distracting i think to truly clear the head we shud not think of anything. Thats just me and the meditative effect it inflames for me. Also my arms get tired and hands quick lol. Rest on my legs when sitting xD
I feel great. Clear, focused, relaxed, stimulated energy in my brain and the best part is relaxed. I have been doing some Qi Gong as well and that for me at 64 is doing wonders. Also some yoga as well. I still have my lawn service for 20 years, milk goats that I hand milk daily along with my horse and a few dogs and cats. Plus looking in on my 96 year old mom. THANKS AGAIN
