@@chithrarobin4975No, no! Weight training is extremely helpful to women. It helps to regulate hormones, builds bone as well as muscle. It’s used widely in elder communities because it helps people to stay independent and strong physically and mentally. We aren’t talking body builder weights here. Just start with some light hand weights and resistance bands.

@@chithrarobin4975It's very beneficial for women to lift weights. On diary of a CEO UA-cam, there was a female doctor who specializes on menopause and has proven that lifting weights and flexibility and ofcourse a good diet will make menopause easier on women especially those who start at an early age. It's never too late to start, but you gotta start ASAP the health benefits are awesome.
We have been lied to that we will bulk up or have terrible side effects, it's all lies.
Make sure to start slow and then add more as you get better and look for weight lifting videos for your level.

Correct. I’m suffering from depression and anxiety due to family problem since 2022. I age terribly this pass 2 years. I noticed that my skin is become worse. i have several wrinkles, my smile lines is more visible now. people notice that too. (my skincare routine is still the same and never really change my diet. We do have farmer markets here but a good portion of what’s being sold is store bought and resold as farm fresh organic. You are truly blessed to have the food you do. Hopefully the government there won’t take away your meat and make you start consuming bugs. Which has already been oked to be put into your flour.

My secret. Go natural. That means with food, products, and health. I started drinking green matcha, I don't wear makeup anymore, and my beauty routines only contain raw honey, green matcha, lemon, and sometimes sugar if I wanna exfoliate. Exercise, wear sunscreen, and take care of emotional and spiritual health. Reduce screen time and do things like walking, reading, journaling, etc. Reduce the amount of sugar you eat but don't get rid of it completely. You're gonna accidentally end up binging if you go cold turkey. I still eat chocolate cake every once in while. Sugar does give you wrinkles though. I like to hydrate my skin a lot with lavender scented products (lavender helps get rid of scarring) and shae butter. SLEEP IS IMPORTANT. If you have trouble sleeping, stretch your arms and legs, roll your shoulders and do arm circles. Get the blood flowing and watch yourself fall asleep. Do the same thing when you wake up. Stretching your legs diagonally off the bed in the morning actually helps you wanna get up.

If you're familiar with Japanese culture, before a woman gets married, she needs to know how to make and serve tea to her future in laws. Matcha is really earthy and green. It's not for everyone because some people gag, lol. If you add lemon or milk in it it neutralizes it, though (if you drink it).

Chronic pain will age you real quick! I broke my back, and other things, in an accident and I've aged about 20 years in the past year. I was doing all the right things, my skin looked and felt like when I was in my 20's. Now that my activity level is very limited, due to pain and injury, I've lost weight, skin color is pale and sallow, sunken cheeks...and I feel so tired. If you're doing great, health wise, and looking/feeling great, don't take it for granted. Take care of yourself. It feels like the entire world has become so superficial...everyone is in competition on "who CAN NOT die" or. "who can fake their age the best to look amazing to other people".....or...
"who can get the most compliments...'O MY STARS YOU LOOK LIKE YOUR IN YOUR 30s'
accept your life...be grateful you have lived this long...be grateful for the wisdom ...
    thankful for the lessons learned
    KEY FACTS OF YOUTHFULNESS:
    *LIVE YOUR LIFE WITH INTEGRITY
*DO NOT COMPARE YOUR LIFE TO OTHERS
    * BECOME A MINIMALIST (less is more....)
*BE COMFORTABLE IN YOUR OWN SKIN

You’re so right. People even in these comments sections are constantly wanting compliments and saying they look 25 when they’re 60 and you just know it’s not true. They imagine they look 25 and yet if were to see them you’d see they “may” just look good for their age but not 25. So true Re the competition. Everything is a competition now! For everything!!!!!!! It’s social media and internet hasn’t done this. I try to avoid all forms of competition because I find people extremely tiring. Their conversations are tiring. They compare everything. You start talking to people about what you’re doing and they begin telling you (when you didn’t ask) as out how they do it also or how they do it better. And people with children are the most boring. Having to talk about their kids constantly.

00:00 🔄 Find older friends to look younger instantly, but seriously, explore external (creams, surgery) vs. internal (glycation end products) approaches to youthfulness.
01:11 🍖 Glycation End Products: Sugar-protein combination ages, causes chronic inflammation. Found in heated, sugary foods, affecting blood cells and hemoglobin.
02:31 🚫 Advanced Lip Oxidation: Sugar-fat binding ages, creates chronic inflammation. Unsaturated fats, especially seed oils, worsen the effect. Balance with antioxidants.
04:51 ♻ Oxidative Stress: Balance oxidation with antioxidants for counteracting aging effects. Lifestyle factors (smoking, diet) play a role.
08:41 🍅 Antioxidant-rich Diet: Consume foods high in antioxidants (grass-fed animals, certain plants) for a youthful appearance.
08:41 🥗 Epigenetic Effects: Plant-based chemicals may mimic exercise effects, contributing to a youthful look.
09:35 🍽 Boosting Antioxidants: Fasting, exercise, and sufficient sleep contribute to endogenous antioxidant production, aiding detoxification and skin health.
10:16 ☀ Autophagy: Recycle damaged cells for a youthful appearance. Avoid frequent eating, processed foods to support autophagy.
11:26 🍔 Importance of Bile: Adequate bile from a healthy liver aids in extracting nutrients, contributing to skin and hair health.
12:22 🚫 Unsaturated Fats: Prefer stable saturated fats over unstable unsaturated fats (found in seed oils). Reading labels is crucial.
13:04 🐟 Omega-3 Fats: Essential for skin health, found in fish oils, cod liver oil, egg yolk. Soak walnuts before consuming for omega-3s.
14:24 ☀ Sun Exposure: Moderate sun exposure with care is beneficial, providing therapeutic infrared rays and vitamin D. Avoid excessive burning.

A hamburger is NOT junk food.
The hamburger patty can be grass-fed beef.
The tomato lettuce onion can all be organic.
Mayonnaise is made out of eggs and vinegar.
Ketchup is made out of tomatoes and mustard is made out of something very healthy.😊
That brings it down to the bun.😮
There is where the culprit could be 🤔 IF you eat unhealthy bread, BUT you could make a bun out of anything you want. You can make it the healthiest bread possible and therefore you've got a healthy hamburger. Voila 🎉 NOT junk food.

Yes he does . However , he has wrinkles but not noticeable on some videos. Not bad wrinkles. Difficult to assess since younger years like most of us was ...we did whatever we wanted. So that may have affected long afterwards. But, never to late to start . There is disagreement in the holistic community on certain topics. I'm sure if all the holistic Drs on YT made a video ..they would all be different. Vitamins, minerals , etc might be similar. But, I say it's defense and offense.
      Defense, simple ...
      No Processed foods
Offense, if you believe in carnivore ...go for it.
If you believe like Berg to eat 7 cups of veggies a day plus protein , fat and supplements ...go for it.
So, I say this...I'm not an expert and everyone else too along with the holistic Drs.
Fasting in my opinion is the greatest thing u can do for health overall along with prolong fasting. And I believe it will make you younger looking also and actually clean up the waste.
So, try what you like and play offense and defense to good health and yes exercise but don't over do it.
Cheers to our wanting to stay and look young.

But before I lost weight I did certain things to stay young. I always ate high protein. I never wash my face except when I shower. I never ate cereal, chips, fried foods. I always kept active through weight training and I had a livestock ranch for awhile. I always used butter, & olive oil for fats. I ate a lot of Mediterranean foods in the past. I ate too much pasta, bread, & refined carbs and they got me in trouble with my weight. I’ve cut out all the refined carbs for the last 6 years.

No one believes I'm fifty six years old. No alcohol no smoking no sugar. I cared my skin and hair with affordable products. Sixteen hours fasting twice in a week. And daily prayer positive thinking. 👍👏

😃 Your sense of humor. Some live on only refined carbohydrates. ALE's & AGE.... learning new things. Moving away from a draining family member and getting out outside walking helped a lot too!
