I was feeling very sick and low in energy, was feeling chills but no fever. And after this yoga practice I feel soo much better. I want to develop yoga habit everyday. I stopped yoga because of so much work. But I have realized that if I’m not mentally/ physically/ emotionally fit there is no point of working because you’re not fit and aware of your thoughts. Hi radhika I am doing yoga from 2 months for 90 min every day Recently i was diagnosed with juxta foveal choroidal Neo vascular membrane CNVM for my left eye. I was first diagnosed with this problem 7years back. i had this very recently for left eye2 weeks back and i studied that forward and downward bends will damage eye nerve which i did a lot. Can you kindly suggest me what to do and what to avoid for my problem because many of my other problems got solved after starting yoga(since 1.5 years) kindly suggest what to avoid and what to do to improve my condition.
