I did this for 35 days in which I did this twice a day ( morning and evening) for 21 days and the rest days I did it only once (in the morning) and I lost 2kgs......(I did not follow the diet as in the video it is said that its not applicable for those under 16 years of age)

Let's see further Day 2:- now i m able to do some asans which i wasnt able to do yesterday and it feels good though Day 3:- Finally I m able to do all asans!! Yeah!!🎉 Day 4:- Feels good, I m able to do all asans Day 5 completed:- better than yesterday Day 6 complete:- did all asans and it feels good Day 7 completed Day 8 completed
I really like this video, there’s no distraction and relaxing. I feel lighter after doing this routine and my body alignment is better. Also, I don’t feel the urge to eat bad foods anymore. Thank you 🙏🏻

@@vaishnavipandey104 I won't be able to answer that because I dint practice this for weightloss as I am not overweight....i just practice this as a part of daily exercise to be fit..but as someone who practices yoga i can definitely say that combined with healthy diet yoga can definitely help you loose weight.. although it may not give results as fast as gym but it steadily eliminates the fat and you do not gain weight easily if you loose it with the help of yoga where as with gym ..you loose weight fast because of gymming but when you stop gymming you gain easily.
