      @@YogawithAllieVanFossen I did download it! If I may ask about the progression of it. Are you supposed to focus solely on one chakra at a time until you feel it's "unblocked" or flowing or do you work them in succession and allow them to open up slowly?

      At this point in my journey, I've noticed myself subconsciously hanging onto old and toxic ways of thinking. These habits are familiar, but in no way comfortable for I am no longer that woman treading water. I am a complete woman standing on solid ground.
