    BEDTIME YOGA SUPPORTS ME!! wow i felt so supported when you guided us out of fish pose, normally it's a mad scramble for me to come out of this asana, i never quite learnt the grace of moving out of it. P.S. I'm loving these restorative classes, they are so nourishing and i love the spiritual teachings you interweve into every class!! I've been repeating the prayer you taught us in one of your older videos, the "i am enough, today i did my best, i deserve to rest, i love myself wholeheartedly" before i go to bed as part of my evening ritual. thank you so much Allie xxx

    What a wonderful way to care for myself and relax for bedtime! I love bee breath and I always love using mudras in my practice. Fish pose with the blocks really made a difference in my breathing, my upper back, and my mental state

    Question: what to do with my feet/hips during thread the needle? Love your style of teaching!!

      Hi Ruby, thanks for being here and for asking! You want to keep your legs about hip width distance apart and directly under your hips points (so not leaning too forward or too far back on the knees) to start, tops of the feet on the ground. Then as you thread the arm through, lean back towards or away from the feet (moving at the hip crease) until you find a position that gives you the amount of pressure you want. Sometimes I do thread the needle from child's pose because it's what I need that day!
