I love love love your videos. I was always interested in Kundalini Yoga, but the classes always seemed too long. I really enjoy the length of these classes. I look forward to it everyday. I feel so relaxed, peaceful and recharged. I can't wait to watch more of your series.
I also practice with one of my cats sleeping nearby. They always wake up and stare at me and at the TV when I chant: it looks like they're saying "hey, you're doing the same as the TV."

As I started I thought that a little releasing of fear and tension wouldn't be such a big thing, but I ended practice feeling totally blissed out! And I really received exactly what I needed! Such a great way to start a day! This is definitely a favorite!

Hello Maria!! Today I am already on day 31 and it was one of the best experience of my life. I am lean and thin from childhood with sound health. But my main problem is poor digestion, constipation, shoulder and back pain for using computer whole day. BUT after this yoga, my appetite has increased, digestion is far better, shoulder pain is gone and i have got overall benefit. THANKYOU so much...May GOD always bless you and be successful in your life. Stay healthy and peaceful....

Woh! Holding my breath after the punches to the side and then letting go gave me the biggest DMT high I've ever had! I was giggling like I was drunk for a bit after and had a bit of a silly mood, though I eventually calmed down, though laughter and even tears are close to my eyes. During this together with the Wim Hof method and Joe Dispenza meditations have brought me a big time at the moment.
I will be really getting the water into me I got very dizzy and nauseous it’s those toxins leaving! Again power stuff but it works yesterday my mom saw me and said “ wow are you ever looking great ! “ my mom is quite rude critical and blunt so for her to see the difference I feel ? It works
