The bridge poses are very difficult and there are lots of adaptations. Make sure to bend your legs or bend your elbows if you aren’t ready. The bridge pose where your legs are straight and you raise one leg at a time is very advanced. The easier way to do it is to bend one leg and lift the other one up and down. I would like to get strong enough to do that one!

before this series my neck was stiff as hell, my body feeling very heavy and the energy blocked, because i was sitting in an uncomfortable position for wayy tooo long! However after the series... wow what a blissfull feeling! Light as a feather, happy, energetic ... i never thought i'd love this challenge so much, SAT NAM Mariya, and every yogi on this channel

Some poses are pretty arduous but do not last for long, so gotta keep up! Strangely the hardest thing for me was to keep my hands straight during the bridge poses, I had to turn them outward once in a while.
LOved it! My triceps were hurting from prior days but I did it all :) even with my not so great wrists. GReat practice, feeling sunshiney & off to dance :)

I really enjoyed this one! Although it was hard for me to stand in the bridge pose, a lot of pressure on my wrists and I could not do it with my feet on the floor at all. The last excessive gave me amazing sensation in my body. Thank you
my only issues with this yoga is that there are not any modifications for people with bad joints. like the bridge.. 1 I have horrible shoulders so can't life my body and 2.. as a beginner that doesn't make it easy at all. please give variations for people who like following this but physically can't do it. I've been doing my own for 21 days following however not sure a modification for the bridge
Barbara Weber sat nam, no worries, we are all different and we all have challenges with different poses. You should not get discouraged though. Even doing the minimum will still benefit you. If you can't do full bridge you can try to do it staying on your elbows. If this is also not possible you can do pelvic lift. Lying on the back, head on the floor, your buttock, hips and tights u, heals on the floor. Let me know if his helps. Blessings, Mariya

I didn't find that difficult. There's been plenty of sessions with a lot of sitting with legs out and forward bends or doing breath of fire in various poses that I found a lot harder. Cheers.

I found I became a bit emotional after this one.

One question I have, I do the exercise in the morning. How long after I should eat breakfast? Can I eat immediately 5-10 mins later?

I like a banana milk or an almond milk before. They are both very light but give you a little something if you are hungry and also some hydration.
