Day 23 Complete! If you had told me 23 days ago i'd be looking forward to waking up early so I could do yoga before heading out for the day i'd have said you were nuts... yet 6:30 AM and there I am... eagerly pressing play! :)

Interesting the arms brought up so much discomfort, I didn't realize how much trapped energy are in my shoulders and upper back. I am so glad we did this. Thank you

I’ve been loving this challenge & find that it really helps to start my day off right with kundalini. I fully intend on doing this challenge more than once. I really love it but have been struggling with breath of fire & belly pumping during the dynamic mudras. I also have a recent knee injury that makes it difficult to get into some of the postures. I was wondering if you had any suggestions?
Sat Nam. I ha ve a cold so ir Would be rally helpful this session for lungs, but breath of fire in child's pose is almost impossible after few seconds..
Marzia Zuliani, do your best, but don’t push it. Slowly, with practice it will get better. And if you have a cold, it might be just that the body may need more rest.
