I started this practice today with my mind full of negative thoughts that wouldn't stop renting space in my head. After I feel relaxed and energized and the thought doesn't seem to be there as negative thoughts just thoughts that pass-thru. Sat Nam
Thank you for uploading these gifts of 40 practices. I've had a strong practice for many years but it has been dwindling for the last year. Your videos have really helped get me back into KY. These kriyas have reinvigorated my practice. Much gratitude.
Sweaty and amazing practice! I accomplished all of it without needing significant modification: a first! Physically, I was able to do more than the past 6 days--I just love this program so much! Everyday is a new lesson in myself. The best 25 minutes of my day sets up the rest of the day to be the best 23 hours and 35 minutes!

What does it mean if my cravings have actually increased since doing this sadhana? I'm on Day 26 and I've become more flexible and my bloating is gone, but my cravings are so severe still.
MariaNell sat nam, only you can monitor your body and feel its needs. As a general rule, when we shake up the metabolism and the body awakes we can return to a healthy appetite as the body may have been malnourished. We tend to abuse it with all sorts of diets and cutting on calories that it enters starvation mode. And food is not bad , food is a must to keep the metabolic functions of the body. However if your cravings are out of the healthy range, including binging and consistently overeating, then this could point to a much deeper health problem that may need more attention. Often times we crave foods due to emotional unbalance, stress or loneliness. It is hard for me to tell which is your case as I don't know your circumstances, but if you want to share you can email me. Here to help, much love , Mariya
loved it. im still camel pose challenged. my calves are too tight. they are better after exercising for awhile. im working on them with various stretches. some days are better than others :) After Day 26 Im loving my ab strength and appearance & posture, along with positive energy this practice creates. I loved that one, I kicked out all the negative, limiting words that float around my head.
I love this kriya, I’m doing it for 40 days :)
