I've been doing Hatha yoga for many years just started Kundalini with this 40 day weight loss. Started to get introduction to Kundalini and to detox further more than Hatha does. sooooo I have actually gained weight! Is this normal? Also my back where my kidneys are are super sore guessing it's my kidneys I'm on day 34 any suggestions. I drink 1.5 -2 gallons of water a day and 1-2 cups of coffee a week so I know I'm flushing out so why are they so sore. Thank you for putting out these beautiful practices I have very much enjoyed and a couple have challenged me.
