The flopping around like a fish did make me feel like a child again! I was not able to get up in the air very much but it was a unique way to move., My belly gets in the way of doing the child lose comfortably, in the meantime I adapt by bringing my knees apart and that gives my belly a place to go. I remember my daughter when she was a baby, she used to go to sleep in this baby position! It brought back very lovely memories.
This is amazing! It relaxed me, made me happy, gave me a lot of energy and made my body shiver like crazy (in a very good way). I also love your other kriyas. I've been doing yoga with you for more than two years now and it's saving my life! I can't thank you enough!
Mariya, I really want to thank you for this amazing challenge you've put together. I've been following along and have never commented, but I had to today. Weirdly, this video was probably my favorite out of the whole series, I felt weird flopping around, but after a while, I was overcome by a feeling of pure joy and started crying happy tears for the rest of the practice. I felt completely and incredibly strange throughout, exactly like a fish flopping about with the cats and dog looking curiously on. I actually felt like laughing when we finished and then, in baby pose, I just melted into Bliss. Sat Nam! This is the strangest and most amazing practice yet!
That was such a great practice! I feel like it went by so fast :) I've been feeling very tired the past 2 days and this really helped to make me feel a little more awake for my day with my littles, thank you!

Strange practice today but still enjoyable, I saw rapid flashing lights as I rose out of baby pose and felt a sense of calm. I have followed the 32 days with some breaks in between but I will complete 40 consecutive days.

I feel so sad that I cannot leave my body while meditating...I relax, but never actually leave my body. Perhaps it's the constant pain/ache in my stomach. Always feeling bloated and pressured...any advice? Sat nam
I honestly found this very challenging. I tried my best to flip and flop and it took so much effort and I am not a heavy person. I do however feel more awake.
