      The beginning of the video lays the groundwork: Defining what resistance starch is, why should we care about it, how much resistant starch do we need, how our microbiome is unique.

      I do not recommend one probiotic. I use blends suited to the needs of the individual. And RS is not suited for some. Please see my protocols on my website. Themicrobiomeexpert.com

      I'm not to sure of your question, but yes, you can find RS3 in powder form.

    What do you think of an idea to mix polyphenols say bitter melon into resistant starch to inhibit Bacteroides from going up which is a common RS problem.
