Really miss red wine. When I was consuming regularly during a period of my life, was when my digestion was probably at its best. That was really interesting on that study.
I've got a number of videos planned, but that's not one of them. You're welcome to schedule a consultation with me at my website, Themicrobiomeexpert.com
@TheMicrobiomeExpert I have so much to talk with you about after watching this video. As a long covid (unvaccinated) survivor of three years so many key words resonate with me- butyrate, serotonin, bifido, lactobacillus and cytokines have been many of my issues and I think are key to my suffering . Have you addressed the correlation???
That's the multi-million dollar question. I don't know. Other than mother to infant transmission, in the thousands of papers I have read over the years, I don't know how this superhero takes up residence in the gut, considering how sensitive it is.
Hello Mr Daniels. question! if I order a sibo protocol on your website, will I gain full access to the protocol in a way that will allow me to follow it on my own? or will I only get the general principles and then have to also buy your consultation to actually follow it? an example of some of what I will be getting will also be nice! not to sound rude, but your website is kind of stingy on giving potential buyers any real idea what they are paying for compared with other similar websites. thank you!
The protocols provide specifics on exactly what to do. And should you have reasonable questions, simply email me, and I'll answer in a timely manner, no charge. I hope this clarifies things.
that's the million dollar question. Other than by breast-feeding, I don't know how we obtain Fp. As for one round of abx, I wouldn't worry about it. Data shows that we rebound well after one round. Multiple rounds in succession is another story.
The first part is correct. the second is not, P praus is within Firmicutes, so it's the reverse. But don't worry about that, it's a useless ratio. The last point, NO! Don't waste your money on S boul
I very infrequently recommend probiotics. I think I can help you out. You're welcome to schedule a consultation with me on my website, Themicrobiomeexpert.com
@@TheMicrobiomeExpert Yeah, it's strange it's so low though. I've been on a plant-based diet for a very long time, so most of the foods I read that can increase its population are already in my diet in abundance.
Are dried grapes like sultanas, raisins and currants OK for feeding this bacteria instead of wine? When i tried non alcoholic red wine it gave me headaches.
That was only one study. I wouldn't put too much emphasis on one finding. However if you watch my videos on inulin and pectin, I think you'll have an answer
No human can understand 6 college courses of material in 18 minutes. Showing slides with hundreds of details for 20 seconds while "explaining" the slide at speed only works if the consumer of your material is already an expert in the field.
I understand. It's challenging for doctors and other scientists. Keep watching, the same themes repeat themselves, and with repetition comes learning. If I'm going to profess to be THE EXPERT, I have to demonstrate to you that I know more than all others, and teach people things and perspectives they have not heard before. Otherwise, I'm just like the rest.
Your work is precisely what the world needs now more than ever. Thank you and God Speed Sir !
Thanks for your comment. Let everyone know. I just launched my platform about 4 months ago.
Thank you for your new videos with better audio quality. Without unnecessary noise, understanding is much better!
You're welcome. There were multiple complaints.
More fascinating information! Thanks again for a great presentation, and for all the work involved in accessing this info & sharing it.
You're welcome. Thanks for the kind words. Please share with others.
Much to understand I am pleased my mood is so much better on the protocol 👌🌸
I'm glad to hear.

it was just one study. we have to keep that in perspective. However, I do enjoy my red wine.
I love your knowledge. Thank you so much for sharing
You're welcome. Be sure to like and subscribe. The channel is still new, and I'm trying to grow it.
Great video! I’m very interested in reducing inflammation. Should we eat more green apples?
They sure are a good source of pectin, and pectin is a great prebiotic.
Very interesting info.
Thanks. Feel free to help spread the word.
Excelente informacion, gracias

Hello. When you feed the good microbiome are you also feeding the bad bugs as well?
Actually, yes, but there is a big "depends" connected to that, which I frequently mention. Keep watching my videos and you'll understand why.
Can you please make a video about dysbiosis in ME/CFS? I would really appreciate that. Thanks

Much appreciated. let everyone know about my platform. I launched it in March, and I'm still trying to spread the word.
How do you get this bacteria? From food can you make yogurt and include this??

Eating raw foods, you may be able to find it in organic products, like avocados and other plants, just do your own research
I'd be very interested to see a reference or two which back up your statement

Can you give some ways f. Prausnitzii can be repopulated in the gut if someone has had a round of antibiotics?

Pectins are perfect if I have low Prausnitzii and too many Firmicutes over Bacteroidetes, right? What about adding S. Boulardii to the mix?
The first part is correct. the second is not, P praus is within Firmicutes, so it's the reverse. But don't worry about that, it's a useless ratio. The last point, NO! Don't waste your money on S boul
I am 65 and have sarcopenia is there any probiotic I can use to grow muscle along with my exercise?

The best amino on the market for building muscle mass I’ve been taking them for the last 9 months excellent results
@@kennethfitzpatrick9926 which one?
Probably not great that a test showed I was below the detectable limit for Faecalibacterium prausnitzii
You probably have some. Almost everyone does. You just have to change to environment to favor it.

How much of this bacteria should be in our gut?
On average, in healthy controls, it comprises about 5% of the microbiome.
It's absolute true lactobacillus is garnage
For those who are dysbiotic, it's likely a bad idea. Keep watching the videos. I have evidence of it in just about every presentation.
Is kombucha (standard and with added fruit) good for the gut? as a prebiotic?
If you are NOT dysbiotic, I don't see why not.
