You are so cute, Linda. I love how you and Stewart interact. My favorite thrift items were the chargers and metal container. Love it when you go thrifting!
Your thriftiness is such a pleasurable learning experience that brings joy and value. You have such tasteful ideas that do not hurt financially, thank you.
I love all of Stewart’s comments! He gets you for sure! He’s not making fun of you, he’s just giving you and us awesome hashtags! Thank you for all your tips and tricks!
Great haul Linda. I can't go past beautiful glass but the cane piece is great. I would turn it upside down and use a DIY kit to turn it into a light. Hanging it in a tree (just when entertaining as it wouldn't weather well) it would make a stunning lantern.
I love your frugality and creativity! And your Lindaisms I use all the time in my garden…..”don’t let your garden boss you”, “shop your garden”, “place don’t plop”! I’m always quoting you, especially this year as I change my garden all around. Thank you so much! 😊
I love this kind of video and learning your thrifting ideas. My favorites would be the crock and metal chargers. I love how Stewart comments and interacts with you! Love his personality and yours! ❤
I absolutely love the way you can take someone else's "trash" and able to turn it into your "class". You turn everything into gold. I love doing that with goodwill or thrift store treasures.❤️😍❤️ Really like the idea of vlog journaling daily. It is good to journal, but I can never take the time.
You two "pair well". You both are funny and feed each other. Thank you for all your shares and info. You have a unique sense of style. Please never stop. We all love you and Stewart. 💙💜
Your straight sided glass bowl would be great for a layered salad or trifle! A red, white and blue trifle for the 4th make with angel food cake, pudding, blueberries and strawberries!
I love everything but I really love the pants and sleeveless shirt. I love the 60s 70s vibe. I also love that you can where it all year by changing the shirt to sweaters and different footwear.
I would use the basket with a glass circle on top and use it as a side table. The bottom would have to be weighed down so it won’t tip over. I love the turquoise skirt.
Love that turquoise skirt (I wondered why you didn’t get it the first time!) and I agree that India Hicks is a wonderful designer. Love gathering your ideas 💡❣️
Me too, loose and cool. Bought 6 dresses to bop around in. Some with sleeves and some without. Bought slip on sketchers in all colors, black, red, yellow, white and cream.
The large fluted wicker piece... perhaps a piece of complimenting glass to establish a side table... add a clear vase wirh a tropical diplay... airy & versatile
Linda , I love your ideas and thoughts of the items you buy . My favorite item was the long tray ! All the neat ideas you gave . You are so sweet and I like listening to you and Stewart .
I love your thrift video and sharing of design ideas. I grew up thrifting since the 70's so it speaks to me. Love all the items but especially the tall basket and it unique British Colonial design.
Love ALL the clothing, I remember the skirt and was totally miffed why you didn’t buy it the first time, love the chocolate brown and blue combination. The basket is unusual and lovely. I probably would have bought everything you came home with! Love love thrifting, it’s the best.
Ah, Goodwill ... the treasure hunt begins !!! I love your finds ... The tall 'basket' is so very versatile - I would turn it upside down (square part up) and add a table top (perhaps one of those fabulous chargers?) for a cute side table. I have a similar tray to the one you found and use it instead of a plastic water catcher under some potted plants I have on a table by my front window - I also use old silver serving trays as well - all from thrift stores of course. You just never know what wonderful piece you may find wandering up & down those aisles ...
If your beautiful basket is strong enough you could turn it upside down and put one of your chargers on it for a small table if needed for the evening. You could even light the table up with a large battery candle under the basket!
The metal chargers! I love chargers so I have 3 sets: silver, red and porcelain white. My table is set with placemats, chargers, clear glass jars filled with dried potpourri so I don’t have to do much when guests visit. 😊
I enjoyed everything you purchased! I would say my favorite was the metal chargers, although I like your clothing pics as well. As for the tall basket, I would put a Boston fern in it...it would add to the tropical vibe you're liking. Thanks for sharing your ideas!😊 On a side note, today is my birthday and my hubs got me a Giraffe retractable hose reel! Oh happy day!🎉
Dibs on the metal pail. I would use it for collecting or conditioning cut flowers. The height is great for flowers that bend if the container is short.
Love your thrifting videos, especially this one! My faves from this one are: 1- the tall basket! My first thought was as a base/container for a Christmas tree, in a size proportional to the container, although I have no idea of the mechanics involved to stabilize it😢 (Maybe stones/ pebbles?) 2- glass bowl. Love the fruit in there. Other ideas are floating candles with floating gardenia blossoms or any other fresh flower. How gorgeous would that be as a party centerpiece! 3- love that rectangular metal tray for any fresh material, as a centerpiece for any holiday or event, especially holiday greens for your mantle in December. PS-I agree with Stuart- you’re an idea machine!
Hi there I love thrifting too. I would of come home with the green glass bowl, the blue and brown skirt, the clear glass bowl and the chargers. Stuart is right Linda, you are an idea machine.
Oh forgot to add Linda that the gold tray would definitely be my pick but this would be closely followed by the cane baguette basket. Way to go with your thrifting finds👌
I enjoy all of your videos. I watch for the gardening and totally love the thrifting videos. Perhaps a whole video of styling some room at Stewart's house with thrifted items. What do you think Stewart? I also enjoy the videos where you share your garden-styling entertaining!
I think that the chargers under your gravel top-dressed topiaries would be a great look! You've got me hooked on topiaries, Linda, and I love putting interesting plates under them. Some are old family pieces, and some just thrifted, but always add a special touch. I do so enjoy your videos, and all your new ways of presenting your wonderful ideas! Thanks so much! .
Hello Linda and Stewart I like the skirt that was something that I would be drawn to right away I did like those pants too. I can see some really tall grass with the fuzzy tails in that basket and in that bowl when you started talking about putting things in it and putting that charger on top when you said spraying pine cones etc I would put fairy lights in there and then put the charger on top and then whatever you're going to serve on top of the charger that would look so adorable!!!! I really enjoy watching your videos thank you so much you give me lots of ideas when I go thrifting now what things to look for.
I recently received a succulent plant in a fab bowl planter from a friend as a happy. She's a LV follower! It made me so happy! My favorites are the basket & chargers! Love everything about your channel!
That first bouquet is the cutest, and yes at value village I saw a pretty glass water jug which I didn't get, but I still think about, now I could have even used for flowers.
Love all the thrift pieces, but the basket is my choice! Thanks, Linda, love your channel, my husband knows when I am watching your channel he has the recognizes the intro music!
Oh, I'd go home with the skirt and the chambray top definitely. Love the colors in the skirt besides having a brown sweater top and brown boots already. I also love the casualness and versatility of chambray. You could wear it over a sundress and tie the front tails, you could wear it with a tank top and denim shirts for summer. Styles are endless. Good choices Linda.
i went through a period when I collected Green Glass. I have so much of it packed away. now I have some wonderful ideas what to do with it since I'm trying to use what I've collected. that little green dish is just adorable and will look wonderful with white daisies
I didn’t even know there was a shorts tab on the you tube app..Thsnks Stewart..The item I would go for from the thrift shop would be the skirt..It caught my eye at the beginning!
I love your plaid pants and I know you’ll style them well. Love the basket too. You could even turn it upside down and use it as a riser for either plants or on your buffet table with perhaps one of those chargers on top.
Linda I went to a private garden tour in Indiana with a few gardens open and I did let each of the owners know about your video channel and as far as what I like the best I would say the skirt with the flowers of course I would like that because I Was the one that asked you to tell us about your fashion every video and I think everyone really likes it because you’re so stylish
Just ADORE this video! India Hicks is also one of my favorite muse.I think you would love Helena Christensen's home . The galvanized tall flower container would be my pick, but then when everything is Lindafied, it's hard to choose! I want it all. Thank you for the inspiration.
I love your videos Linda! You have a very good eye for thrifting. I agree with Stewart, my fav for today is the basket, but all are a good find. I’m recovering from COVID myself, feeling better and getting back in the garden. 👍🏻 I appreciate your gardening tips and ideas. Thank you! 🤗
I think my eye would go to the tall slender metal container. I pick up little vases to give away also with whatever is blooming. Zinnias are finally starting to bloom. Great ideas.
Watch a documentary on YT called "The Quiet American Gardener". Lawrence Johnston was an American but had estates and gardens that he designed in Britain and France. Some pretty neat stuff.
You are so cute, Linda. I love how you and Stewart interact. My favorite thrift items were the chargers and metal container. Love it when you go thrifting!
Haven't been able to find a reference, so I have to ask:
is it "Stuart" or "Stewart"...?
Thanks! 😊

I love all of Stewart’s comments! He gets you for sure! He’s not making fun of you, he’s just giving you and us awesome hashtags! Thank you for all your tips and tricks!
I love the glass bowl! So simple and stunning, but yet so versatile!
Great haul Linda. I can't go past beautiful glass but the cane piece is great. I would turn it upside down and use a DIY kit to turn it into a light. Hanging it in a tree (just when entertaining as it wouldn't weather well) it would make a stunning lantern.

The pedestal basket is my favorite. Love the idea of using it for baguettes.
I love India Hicks sheet sets…they just feel luxurious! Thanks for a great tour again. You are the BEST!
I would use the basket with a glass circle on top and use it as a side table. The bottom would have to be weighed down so it won’t tip over. I love the turquoise skirt.

My favorite is the tall metal flower bucket, with the chargers a close second...you are a true idea machine!
I find the best quilting cotton in men’s shirts at the thrift store. Fun to watch your thrift shopping buys!

What are more uses for the narrow flower bucket ?
