I just finished my workout from this video, and let me tell you guys, this might be the best workout video you’ve ever clicked on. Will be back after 7 days for my full review 😁good luck guys ✌🏻 ❗️Brief recap on my weight: I was stuck on the same weight for two days and I was doing a 15 min dumbbell workout. After yesterday’s workout, I’m not even capping guys I lost 800grams. Might seem nothing but it’s something to me. The 18min in this video isn’t equivalent to the reality 18min, it’s much intense while you are doing it. I just finished the same workout for today. Update❗️⚠️: total weight loss for a week was 3kgs. I reduced my calorie intake but I’m sure I would have lost more if I was consistent with what I ate. Overall I really recommend this video if you wanna lose some weight. The calorie burn while working out is insane!! Good luck you all🙏🏻

My 7 day Challenge is one and done! Thank you for inspiring me to get my exercise mojo back! I've now moved on to your Dumbbell workout and the Back Fat Challenge! I love that your videos and moves are easy to follow. The exercises are done at a manageable pace so it doesn't feel like I'm killing myself lol! Most videos are short and not too long so I can get a workout in during a 10-15 min break from work! The music is awesome too! I recommend your videos to anyone who would like to get in shape!
This is seriously one of my favorite workouts! I love that it gets my heart rate up, its intense, the music is everything, its quick and challenging. I feel like its a true HIIT workout. I love that its 3 rounds with the 30 second break. I've done this workout like 3 or 4 times and I'm not tired of it yet. Thank you for doing this!
Just completed Day 1! I’ve been following you awhile now - your Fupa Challenge was amazing - I did it 45 days straight and my little pouch got even littler - lol! You are one incredible tool in my fitness arsenal - I’ve been working out for as long as I can remember and recently I was diagnosed with an auto immune issue - within the last 2 months I have experienced horrible body aches, fatigue and muscle weakness that I have never experienced before - typically I’m 118-120 tone and curvy and I literally have gained 12 pds because of my health issue - I’m determined to get back to me come hell or high water - it just takes so much energy out of me right now You and your program is part of my first steps to recovery

Done - unfortunately winded back up in the hospital so I had a break in between, but I’m out and needed to complete it - I’m going to go for another round, just need a down day to recoup from everything - then I want to try to do it consecutively 🙏 I refuse to be or feel defeated, I’m getting back to where I have always been come hell or high water
This is my first day and it was so much find , didn’t feel boring. I felt the burn when I got to the jump lunges. anything after that I was sweating and everything was burning. I love this workout and I can’t wait to tell you guys my progress to day 7. I will update everyday.
Hi Mr. London, i just survived this 1 day challenge. I am a fitness fanatic for years. I am 65 and had surgery 7 months ago. I am just getting back to the gym. I eat carnivore and fast 18-6 window, fast 18 and eat during 6 hour window. I have the energy I needed to do your workouts. I have done several other workouts and I sweat "puddles!" That is my fun name. "PUDDLES" Thank you!

Appreciate you more than you know! 🙏🏽 SO I got sick for a little bit and didn't finish ab shred, BUT I'm reversing my order and doing this first for 2 weeks then ab shred for 2 weeks. I'll update here for accountability :) Day 1: I'm SO out of shape I had to stop multiple times, I look forward to getting to the point where I'm killing it! I have to modify some jumping for my knees, as well. See you tomorrow! edit: sorry forgot to update. Made it to day 4 and got extremely busy and fell behind. Starting again! Here we go! EDIT: FINALLY FINISHED! I definitely see a difference but I didn't do it EVERY DAY I had to skip around so I'm sure it would have worked better if I'd done it every day since it made a difference with me doing it every other day or two! Omg! First day! I first heard about Mr. London in at GWJ! I do one of her videos a day 5x’s a week. BUT combined with those workout! I’m dripping sweat. Been working out and eating healthier for 30 days. Lost 7 lbs. I think this will just add that extra challenge to my workouts! Took all my measurements yesterday to see the difference. I look forward to the results! Thank you Mr. London! 😊
Day 1: 60.6 kgs Day 2 : 60.5 kgs Day 3 : 60.9 kgs 😢😢 Day 4 : 60.5 kgs Day 5 : 60.7 kgs Day 6 : 60.5 kgs even though there isnt much of weight loss, i have definitely lost in inches. I can see visible difference in my body and my tees that were bit tight earlier fits better now. Day 8 : and guess what, dropped to 59.7 kg.

I am starting the challenge today. I am at 185lbs. I am usually between 160lbs but I had a baby. Now I want to get rid of 30lbs. It's been hard. I hope I can see some results soon and get rid of my belly fat. 😩 I am not feeling my best self especially because I am 5'9". I am tall and with all this weight on me. Ugh.
It's really a brilliant idea to give temptation of weight reduction in 7 days. This way we can easily commit and make it our habit. Once done for 7 days, we do it for 14 then 21 and woahhh it becomes a habit. Loved this workout and your idea.
Just started today, 21st October '24 and those 18 minutes are a killer! ✅ DAY 1: Had to try hard to keep up. Missed out on some workouts involving knee work but still felt the burn. Weight=63.9 Measurements= Waist 31.5, Stomach 39.5, Hips 39. Let's see what changes 😂 ✅ DAY 2: Done. Skipped some 5- 8 seconds in 3 exercises. Those lunge jumps are a killer 😢. Find them difficult to do but otherwise i finished strong. Love the end...planks! Am sweating and drenched. Keep it up peeps! You got this. ✅ DAY 3: Done! Skipped 1 day as yday as it was crazy busy. Did the Jump Lunges too...for 10 seconds. Couldn't go beyond 10 seconds in atleast 3 exercise 😢 but the burn definitely feels more today and I really plan to keep going. Wish me luck! ✅ DAY 4: Done! Sweat more today than yesterday and I feel stronger today than yday. Hopefully the measurements would have changed a bit. 😅 ✅ DAY 5: Done ✅ DAY 6: Done

This day 7 for me. Yay! Day 3: was tough for me. it was challenging. I struggled through, but I made it! Day 4: it was a bit better for today. My stamina was better. I’m glad I didn’t let yesterday discourage me from doing my workout today! Day 5: I was eager! I saw that I was closer to the finish line so I pushed myself harder. Day 6: Today was rough. I that was going to quit but I preserved through and I did it. Day 7: I was challenged but I enjoyed every moment of it! I knew I could do it! I’m glad I made it through all 7 days, it’s rewarding!🎉🎉 I’ll see you next week to start another 7 days!😅
I started yesterday 28th January I didn’t feel much pain until today being 29th January I’m even struggling to do todays own but I will do it cause I’m definitely feeling the burn I will be updating till I’m done Note:I don’t measure myself I only look in the mirror 😂 Day 1:✅ Day 2:✅it was harder than yesterday but I still finished. Also noticed my heart race was fast Day 3:✅when I woke up I couldn’t do it due to pains all over my body and I went to church early,so I just did it in the afternoon,finished it but my body pains hurts a lot😭I endured Day 4:✅ Day 5:✅ Day 6:✅ Day 7:✅finished finally noticed some slight difference in my tummy area But definitely feel stronger I will be doing it again for 3 weeks

Started 02/01/2022 Day 1: done (knee issues but did my lunges) Day 2: complete. A little leg soreness but pushed through. Lunges were better. Starting to trust my knee.

Me and my daughter who is 13 start it yesterday. Short but very effective. She is an athlete and she felt it also. Mr London i have been in intense pain for more than one year it seems. i do every exercise imaginable i am disciplined and determined and the fat ia not xoming off the legs. the outside of the bum hip wont shrink. i am going to hope this will work. 625 days of effort and nothing but tightness. Just because someone says a moment on the lips a lifetime on the hips doesnt mean literally and i am.really discouraged by this. i work my legs and cardio like crazy.

EDIT: FINALLY FINISHED! I definitely see a difference but I didn't do it EVERY DAY I had to skip around so I'm sure it would have worked better if I'd done it every day since it made a difference with me doing it every other day or two! I'm going to do your 20min fat burning HIIT, fupa challenge & ab shred next! Thank you for all your hard work for our benefit!!

Omg! First day! I first heard about Mr. London in at GWJ! I do one of her videos a day 5x’s a week. BUT combined with those workout! I’m dripping sweat. Been working out and eating healthier for 30 days. Lost 7 lbs. I think this will just add that extra challenge to my workouts! Took all my measurements yesterday to see the difference. I look forward to the results! Thank you Mr. London! 😊

even though there isnt much of weight loss, i have definitely lost in inches. I can see visible difference in my body and my tees that were bit tight earlier fits better now.

I am starting the challenge today. I am at 185lbs. I am usually between 160lbs but I had a baby. Now I want to get rid of 30lbs. It's been hard. I hope I can see some results soon and get rid of my belly fat. 😩 I am not feeling my best self especially because I am 5'9". I am tall and with all this weight on me. Ugh.
It's really a brilliant idea to give temptation of weight reduction in 7 days. This way we can easily commit and make it our habit. Once done for 7 days, we do it for 14 then 21 and woahhh it becomes a habit. Loved this workout and your idea.
Just started today, 21st October '24 and those 18 minutes are a killer!
✅ DAY 1: Had to try hard to keep up. Missed out on some workouts involving knee work but still felt the burn. Weight=63.9
Measurements= Waist 31.5, Stomach 39.5, Hips 39. Let's see what changes 😂
✅ DAY 2: Done. Skipped some 5- 8 seconds in 3 exercises. Those lunge jumps are a killer 😢. Find them difficult to do but otherwise i finished strong. Love the end...planks! Am sweating and drenched. Keep it up peeps! You got this.
✅ DAY 3: Done! Skipped 1 day as yday as it was crazy busy. Did the Jump Lunges too...for 10 seconds. Couldn't go beyond 10 seconds in atleast 3 exercise 😢 but the burn definitely feels more today and I really plan to keep going. Wish me luck!
✅ DAY 4: Done! Sweat more today than yesterday and I feel stronger today than yday. Hopefully the measurements would have changed a bit. 😅

I literally did this video yesterday while sitting and thinking damn I ain't really done shit in a min been having rough days etc but I ended up telling myself just to freaking do it, and once I did I felt a whole lot better. Day 4: it was a bit better for today. My stamina was better. I’m glad I didn’t let yesterday discourage me from doing my workout today!
Day 5: I was eager! I saw that I was closer to the finish line so I pushed myself harder.
Day 6: Today was rough. I that was going to quit but I preserved through and I did it.
Day 7: I was challenged but I enjoyed every moment of it! I knew I could do it! I’m glad I made it through all 7 days, it’s rewarding!🎉🎉

I started yesterday 28th January I didn’t feel much pain until today being 29th January I’m even struggling to do todays own but I will do it cause I’m definitely feeling the burn I will be updating till I’m done

Day 2: complete. A little leg soreness but pushed through. Lunges were better. Starting to trust my knee.

Mr London i have been in intense pain for more than one year it seems. i do every exercise imaginable i am disciplined and determined and the fat ia not xoming off the legs. the outside of the bum hip wont shrink. i am going to hope this will work. 625 days of effort and nothing but tightness. Just because someone says a moment on the lips a lifetime on the hips doesnt mean literally and i am.really discouraged by this. i work my legs and cardio like crazy.
