      When u do this workout should I feel like my core is extremely engage coz for me my entire body is feeling it especially the arms and a bit of the core. I just wanna know if I'm doing it wrong 😢

    I'm an obese woman and at the begin of this year i've started on my health journey! I've lost 10 kg so far and at the beginning of this year i wouldn't have lasted through 5 minutes of this video! But now i made it through the whole video! 💪

    I fell off my journey. Working and i got promoted twice, but holidays, depression, and my son's heaven anniversary all happened, and i gained so much weight. I've never been this heavy, I'm over 200 pounds. I used to do 2 of your workouts a day on light days now i can't even bend. I'm back, and this was so challenging but I'm going to do it again tonight.

    I've been doing this work out for a few weeks and added walking 10k steps. I've lost 27lbs! Consistency is key.

    My back is big. I have super unhealthy habits. I have weak knees. And I’m still a beginner.

    I honestly got 3,000 steps from this video not 5,000. I got the sweat I needed and I do feel that it targets the fupa. I’ll be doing this video every morning. 3,000 is a good start every morning. 🤩💪🏽

    I just started this workout today. I wanted to stop so bad after 5 mins, but I just kept praying and amping myself up out loud. If you’re not in shape like me and barely workout, no matter how big or small you are you’re going to be challenged with this workout out but it’s worth it!

    Day 1: Weight 201lbs... Fupa:Fupa-ing
    Day 2: I'm sweating so much this workout is easy yet hard at the same time has the perfect balance. Not getting easier yet, hopefully it will by Day 5.

    Whew what a workout! Literally had my BACK sweating. At the 25 minute mark I was about to calls it quit. I really appreciate you for posting your videos on UA-cam they’ve been a tremendous resource for my fitness journey and easy to do with amazing results! Been doing your videos consistently for almost a MONTH since I don’t have a gym available near me! I do miss your voice overs. The results are resulting tho.

    I'm recovering from a botched hand surgery that doesn't allow me to lift weights or handle resistance bands which was my favorite type of workouts to help me tone and build muscle. So grateful for people like you who offer people like me a great workout that allow me to get a great, effective work out in spite of my hand disability.     Postpartum mom here and I work remote while taking care of our baby. It's a lot but I'm trying. I started this workout one day and I couldn't finish because my baby was fussing (teething). The baby fussed today but I got finished within 40 minutes - had to stop and go a few times. I'm so sweaty but I feel good.

    Mr London, From one of the rhythmically challenged people living in the U.S. I thank you for this! Your work & rest time was perfect. I’m 64 and I want all my parts to continue working until I’m out of here and on to the next plain! I know when to tuck my bum, put shoulders down, abs tight, how to make the set harder or less so, etc. but consider putting in short verbal voiceover reminders in your next creation! Keep up the fabulous work…and so will I😅

    I'm considered to be obese. I went from 160 to 235. I now have HBP and im now pre-diabetic. I also have a rare blood disorder and my hematologist told me theyed like to see me lose some weight..I had already gotten down to 209 before diagnosed and my personal goal I'd already set for myself was to get back to 160 but I would be comfortable between 170-175. I found this video online and decided to do it but, I didn't listen and didn't grab that towel and lawd I wish I had 😂. It was definitely what I needed, and I'm looking forward to the next video tomorrow. And please don't forget your towel.😊

    SIR!!! I’ve been doing this for 10 days and my back Is definitely unbigging . I see major difference in my lower back rolls and fupa and arms . I didn’t weigh myself because It was impulsive but I have progress pics from everyday and the comparison is truly unbelievable! As a person who has always been plus I’ve always stayed around 230-250 but recently 295 after having my second child . I wish I had a scale to weight myself because the results ARE there 🫶🏾 its literally unbelievable lol .

    Such a great workout! Thank you very much loved that you don't speak much throughout the video and to see you dancing...the music is fantastic and it was so good that I got lost dancing a few times, so had to rewind the video to catch up 😂 high vibes to start the day! For anyone whose heartbeat doesn't come down much during rest, you can try holding your heart (pressing with your two palms over it). This will calm your heart rate and nervous system more, making the workout even more efficient. Bonus points for more mental and emotional resilience😘

    Yesterday I did 56% of the excerises..my legs are a little sore..from doing squats. As they say no pain no gain. I have Fibromyalgia and Myofascial Pain Syndrome and that was a win in my book to make it that far. Today I rest tomorrow back at it!! Thank you Mr.London

    This was great!! I just completed this on my lunch. I’m going to add this in for my daily routine and the chair exercise at night. I don’t eat sweets anymore and I do strict portion control. This should help assist with my health goals. Thank you!

    I did this workout yesterday morning at the gym before my upper body and back weights workout. Probably should have done it afterwards but wow i noticed a big difference this morning. Will be doing this again tomorrow morning! Will stay consistent and include this workout every day or once every 2 days. Thank you Mr London!

    I have no idea why, but this workout has been the most effective thing for my body. I have tried strength training alomg with higher intensity workouts and never understood why I wasnt seeing positive changes in my body, but this workout has done more for me than any others.

    I did this workout this morning, wow what a way to start my day! I weigh over 350lbs and this was such a challenge but worked my entire body! Will definitely continue to do these every day!

    Doing this workout today ^^ It’s unsafe, (or at least that’s what my mama says...) but I’m only exposing myself eating 500 calories a day and drinking nothing but water for the rest of the day. So I’ll eat breakfast and dinner. No snacking inbetween. If I really can’t help it I’ll snack, but I’ll skip dinner.
    Day 1: (270.9) I managed to finish it all in one go! I’m definitely a bit sweaty but I’m glad I was able to keep up. My butt HURTS along with mY LEG(s) 😭 But I feel great! Remember, even if you workout just a little bit or you don’t finish, it’s better than NOT getting any exercise or moving at all. You’ve got this! See you tomorrow ❤️
    Day 2: I got lazy at night with what I ate and I maaaay or may not of eaten a few freeze dried skittles and woke up to being 272.2💀 Anyways WOOOOOOFFF...🥵 Okay, So to make today challenging I decided to wear a book bag with items in it (15.6 pounds) and my back and shoulders didn’t like that one 😭 But I’m glad I did, because I’m even more sweaty than I was yesterday and I was actually struggling to keep up this time compared to yesterday when I didn’t have any weight on me. I’ll keep doing this of course, because FUN FACT: The more you weigh, the more energy it takes for your body to move and function. You burn more calories the heavier you are! So what better way to burn calories than to add some weight ! See you tomorrow ❤️
    Day 3: Weighing in at 268.2, hasn’t slacked off on snacking and eating junk food, and chugging water, give it up fooooooor... Me!! Yipeee!!! Okay, so much like yesterday it was a struggle! Probably cause my thighs and legs hurt..but NONETHELESS we got it done!!! I took a picture of myself yesterday and I wanna work at seeing myself slim down. I’ll see you all tomorrow! We’ve got this together ❤️
    Day 4: Bro 265.6 is UNREAL!!! I’m actually doing it 😄 Last night I wanted to eat sugar SOOOOOO BADLY... BUT- I found that getting a bottle of water and squeezing some lime juice inside helps fight my urge. 0 calories AND it taste like something? Good enough for me tbh. It’s not the MOST flavorful thing but if it works it works 🤷🏾‍♀️ Anyways, Let’s keep getting sweaty and keep going! I love y’all and see you tomorrow ❤️
    Day 5: (264.3) My beach stuff came in last night and I put it on and I honestly thought I looked good 😩 It’s my first time wearing a bikini, but I know I can slim down some more😘 Anyways another day completed! Day 4 and today I have work, so I’ll be on my feet! So i’m taking it easy and just doing this exercise and walking ! See you all tomorrow ❤️
    Day 6 (Rest day!!): 263.6!!! Today is my resting day cause Father’s day n all!! I looked in the mirror and noticed a bit of a difference and I think that’s the first time I’ve GENUINELY smiled at myself with sincerity. Anyways, back on the grind tomorrow!!
    Day 7: Went out to eat yesterday so I’m back to 264! BUT FRET NOT, I shall get back into 263 in no time! Today was a bit tougher cause I didn’t do it for a day but I managed! See you tomorrow ❤️
    Edit: These past few days I’ve felt a sense of depression and I fell off a bit. I hope you all aren’t disappointed. I wanted to say thank you for those who have liked and read how well I was doing. I’m happy to say that I’m back on this again and I will continue to do my best!
    Edit 2: I’m so happy to report that I’ve finally hit the 250 mark in my journey! I’m so happy!! Just two years ago I was 258, this year I was 278, and when I started this I was 270.9! I was stuck in a stagnant for 2 weeks and my weight kept going up rather than down and it was super demotivating... hence edit 1. Please never give up when it comes to this! My muffin top has shrank a lot too! ❤️ Thank you again for sticking with me 🙇🏾‍♀️❤️

    I just started an exercise regimen 7 days ago, and this has been my go-to routine. I feel like I can complete it, and get a good workout in, without feeling discouraged.     I’m 63 years old and able to complete the workout!!!!! Really love the music! Started with the standing AB 12 minute , and was surprised to get through it. Most of what I have to lose is in the front😮! I’ve made some progress on that fupa tho!😂. Gonna do a few more of these!
