Just about did me in. I am 73 years old and 15 pounds overweight. I carry the excess weight around my belly area. I decided it was time for me to smarten up and get in shape. I walk 1hour+ each day but it doesn’t do much for weight loss or my muffin top. Have cut all sugars and carbs from my diet and will now be doing this workout every day after my Yoga Burn or pilates workout. I am confident that I will only get better at it and get rid of my,muffin top. thank you for this video.🙏

idk if you read the comments but I've followed for a while and not done any workouts. Recently joined the gym, taking it easy and doing cardio and swimming. Going away 11th June, realised I don't feel good in my main outfit so came here today for a belly fat burning workout and although I didn't really feel it in my abs as I'm very unfit and just did what I could, I felt this so much in my hips and lower back where I have had so much pain for the past few years. But "felt it" in a really good way. I've doe yoga, swimming, stretching, seen chiro and this is the only thing that has really made me feel like those painful areas have been stretched out and like i was doing a workout that is going to STRENGTHEN me! Can't wait to do more!
As somebody who used to work out a couple hours a day 4-5 days a week as a teenager to now disabled and way more restricted, I found with some minor adjustments I was even able to do this. Been looking for a lot more low impact workouts from home and I'm adding this one to my list. Thanks from CALI!
I started my new life about 3 months ago. It began with a table spoon of apple cider vinegar, a table of olive oil, pinch of keltic salt, a half squeeze d lemon juice, and 1 cup of water, this was to heal my gallbladder. Gallbladder pains are no joke, as some of you may know. Not only have I not had a single painful episode , but I just gradually started losing weight. I stared at 175 I'm down to 158 , which is a miracle to me since I haven't been able to lose weight in 15 years. Since then I've added powdered ginger,turmeric, black pepper,Cayenne, and cinnamon to my mornings cocktail. I am 53 years old 5 foot tall and all my clothes are too big. I started exercising about a month ago and for the first time in 15 years I've started to love myself again. It started with a simple morning drink. You can do it , start with a simple drink and your life will transform before your beautiful eyes. I send you all lots of love and hope .

This was a great workout! ❤ I did this one and the Cardi B workout one. I would’ve done them twice since they are 10 mins long if I hadn’t did a workout prior…… I can’t stand sweating. I did have my industrial fan on me though I was breathing very hard.

Ok this works! Like the tempo and words of encouragement thank you! First on line work and I love it. A little rushed for me a beginner but I’m using the warm time to finish. Do you ever do workouts outside or in the fresh air maybe far away from an alcohol cart lol #alcohol and abs don’t mix.

Had to slow down or adjust some of the exercises because of joint clicking. Usually, that’s due to lack of strength/flexibility in those areas. (Am i right?) the rest of the workout was excellent. Thank you
This is DEFINITELY WAAAY INTENSE FOR ME! The only issue I have with this is that his exercise moves are WAAAY TOO FAST 💨 AND TRICKY! Like learning a new dance 🕺 technique!! BRAVO 👏🏽 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
