    I started this workout 1 month ago...made this a part of my AM Routine, every day...since then I've toned up a little more, have more energy throughout my day, & I've lost 6.8 lbs...Let's Go Ladies! We got this 😅 💞🎉🎉🎉🎉

    Just about did me in. I am 73 years old and 15 pounds overweight. I carry the excess weight around my belly area. I decided it was time for me to smarten up and get in shape. I walk 1hour+ each day but it doesn’t do much for weight loss or my muffin top. Have cut all sugars and carbs from my diet and will now be doing this workout every day after my Yoga Burn or pilates workout. I am confident that I will only get better at it and get rid of my,muffin top. thank you for this video.🙏

    Mr. London. What took me so long to find you, but I guess it’s best timing because I’ve never been heavier. Took me doing this tape three times be able to do it all the way through and I am proud of me. There’s no other video like this out there. I will be doing this with you every single day and all of your videos You’re a good man helping us ladies out and it sounds sappy but those I’m proud of you are huge. God bless.     Did this for the first time this morning! Wonerful! I am 63 years old and have been working out on UA-cam for the last 3-4 weeks with a minimum of 30 minutes moving per day! I love this one and will continue with it. It was challenging for me, but not frustratingly so! Love the music! Thank you Mr. London! I haven’t heard “I’m proud of you” in many years. Brought tears to my eyes! Much love!❤

    As somebody who used to work out a couple hours a day 4-5 days a week as a teenager to now disabled and way more restricted, I found with some minor adjustments I was even able to do this. Been looking for a lot more low impact workouts from home and I'm adding this one to my list. Thanks from CALI!

    idk if you read the comments but I've followed for a while and not done any workouts. Recently joined the gym, taking it easy and doing cardio and swimming. Going away 11th June, realised I don't feel good in my main outfit so came here today for a belly fat burning workout and although I didn't really feel it in my abs as I'm very unfit and just did what I could, I felt this so much in my hips and lower back where I have had so much pain for the past few years. But "felt it" in a really good way. I've doe yoga, swimming, stretching, seen chiro and this is the only thing that has really made me feel like those painful areas have been stretched out and like i was doing a workout that is going to STRENGTHEN me! Can't wait to do more!

    I started my new life about 3 months ago. It began with a table spoon of apple cider vinegar, a table of olive oil, pinch of keltic salt, a half squeeze d lemon juice, and 1 cup of water, this was to heal my gallbladder. Gallbladder pains are no joke, as some of you may know. Not only have I not had a single painful episode , but I just gradually started losing weight. I stared at 175 I'm down to 158 , which is a miracle to me since I haven't been able to lose weight in 15 years. Since then I've added powdered ginger,turmeric, black pepper,Cayenne, and cinnamon to my mornings cocktail. I am 53 years old 5 foot tall and all my clothes are too big. I started exercising about a month ago and for the first time in 15 years I've started to love myself again. It started with a simple morning drink. You can do it , start with a simple drink and your life will transform before your beautiful eyes. I send you all lots of love and hope .

      The 30 minute shred that's #4 on his video rotation and Fupa and Back Fat that's #17 on rotation. Sine I'm warmed up from #4.... I use weights through the warm up of #17.🔥🔥🔥🔥

    I did this one and the Cardi B workout one. I would’ve done them twice since they are 10 mins long if I hadn’t did a workout prior…… I can’t stand sweating. I did have my industrial fan on me though I was breathing very hard.
