This was probably the best bedtime yoga class I have ever had the pleasure to practice. I loved that you provided stretches for the entire body, including the toes and the neck. The guided meditation at the end had me feeling so deeply relaxed and anchored in the present moment. I will definitely be coming back to this practice in the future, and I would strongly recommend it to anyone who is feeling too keyed up to fall asleep.

I found you today when I was trying to find some yoga to do for multiple reasons. To stretch to do gentle exercise to lose weight to help build my lower back strength for my lower back pain. I just did your 30 min beginner yoga. I instantly love everything about your practice. I remember Sadhguru said that when doing yoga should be no talking otherwise you’d only do harm to your body. There are many yoga UA-cam’s doing exactly that. That’s why I really don’t want to follow them. But you showing your movement and put the instruction after along with such calming music. Not to be exaggerate! Yours is the best yoga I did. I will now check all the videos in your channel and put them as my daily yoga routine. Thank you very much
This is my favourite session so far i do it almost every day, sometimes in the morning. This is the most calming “speed” for me, and release the tension every part of my body and spirit. Perfect👌🏻

Very calming addition to my long morning yoga practice. Don't do evening yoga but find many sessions which indicate they're intended for later in the day are conducive to gently waking the body when first up and in need of gentle stretching,.

Felt so out of place today - low in energy and felt like a migraine was coming. Went for a walk and did this after. Continued to breathe and meditate even after the session was over. Feeling much better now. Thank you for this ❤️
