- This 25-minute evening yoga ritual is a gentle, slow practice that you can add to your daily routine. We'll move through a full body sequence to help you unwind and relax after a long day. Practice this before bed to help you get a restful night of sleep. All levels welcome and no props needed.

i just got back from a 17 hour travel day ridden with some of the worst anxiety i've had, overstimulation, physical pain, and trauma responses. the first thing i did when i put my bags down was open up my mat again and searched for a video that spoke to me until i found this one. the meditation at the end gave me a peace that i didn't think i'd be able to find today or even tomorrow, and instead of crying in fear i cried a little bit that you had helped me return to my body (be able to feel my legs!!!) and feel safe again
Your videos have changed my life. I have mild cerebral palsy and have been stretching my whole life but only after a few months of following 2 of your videos a day I have more mobility, strength and flexibility than I ever have. I feel like I can achieve more with my body than I ever thought possible. I tried other yoga UA-cam videos but they were too challenging and I couldn’t do it consistently. This practice is pure bliss! I especially love the first shoulder stretch with hands in a fist behind the back: I've never seen that pose before and it is absolutely delicious! I really appreciate your creative and insightful postures ❤❤❤

So glad i found this. I"ve praticed yoga for many years, but always concentrated on the muscle building and lengthening and suppleness from sun salutation repetitions. Rarely got peace and relaxation from my own practice. Hard to make time to do this evening practice before bed, but learning the benefits from doing so. Blissful feeling afterwards. ❤

From last 5 yrs am suffering from anxiety as per DR. I tired sports activities like swimming and gym but after gymming I got 50 percent results. Just one week back a watched your video of evening yoga 🧘♀️ and it really calm my mind . Best yoga instructor even though am watching it online and doing is for the first time I can understand everything easily you so polite calm and soothing
I have added 20 min morning yoga, and 30 min bedtime yoga to my routine from past one month, and able to see the changes. Namaste to all yogis, love from India.
What changes have u seen? I’m going to start, I’ve sporadically done yoga but never consistently.

I absolutely loved your calming quiet voice, the gentle poses, and the ability to go from feeling tense prior to the session to full relaxation by the end.

Such a serene practice, a completely ahhhhhhh 25 minutes.
One of the best evening sequences I've come across - they can be tricky for me as a hip issue means I'm not very 'bendy' so I can't do a lot of the long, low stretches you get with evening routines, but I could manage most of these

almost fell asleep in shavasana lol!!!! for those with anxiety and racing thoughts...using this as a practice of mindfulness and focusing on the body movements and breaths really helped clear my mind before bedtime, by the time it came to shavasana my head was cleared and i was readyto fall asleep

Ooh, I love how slow you are when doing this yoga, and your voice is so calm and charming. Thank you for this calming yoga. This helps me solve the problem of tension in my muscles, so I am really grateful for this! I want to do this yoga every day or just other yoga in your channel.
