Do u have any videos with workouts to improve hip dips. If not please please please do one😢😢😢, to improve the booty, (espicaly hip dips) but nothing that will build leg muscle. As a dental medicine student, I thank you for this. I've never been so stressed and anxious in my life. These breaks to do yoga really help me set my mind for the rest of the day. Very calming and refreshing. Makes my mind detangle everything I have to study for the day, and also helps with my back pain :)

I'm a student and the exams are very important, difficult and stressful in my country (I'm serious lots of kids have blacked out from stress/fear after *one specific exam* it's the one that I'm studying for and although I've always had the highest grades, it really freaks me out) + I want to lose weight and since I've heard that stress makes it harder to lose weight and even makes you GAIN weight, I started doing yoga ~I started today~ Also, I think doing yoga every day could help me feel like "that girl", you know like, wakes up early, eats healthy, does yoga, gets good grades, is generous and lovely. Anyways don't forget to like the video

I did this outside and the birds were singing, the sun is hitting the leaves perfect. I have severe anxiety so totally cried a little bit but I feel more loose and least rigid now.

Literally using this video every night to help me get relaxed. I could stretch on my own but having it guided helps me focus on it and not just do a quick stretch and call it good.
I started stretching everyday about 5 years ago and couldn’t believe how much of a difference it makes not only during my workouts but just everyday life 🙂

I did this stretch almost every day for 2 months until last September. I stopped at September because ı couldn't find the strength to work out after my grandfather passed away, ı was very depressed, gained so much weight ı'm terrified of stepping on to scale. But today ı decided to change that. I just hope that this will last long

I was suffering from extreme cervical pain & 2 weeks ago I came across this yoga, I started it and without any doubt this works like magic in relieving my neck and shoulder aches, thank you !
I loved this- i havent done yoga in like a year due to my mental health. Now that i have improved alot, I decided to give yoga another shot to help out my physical health alot- and this really helped me. I paused the video several times to stretch further because I wasn't as flexible as this UA-camr ( and aimed to be as flex) I definitely wasn't where she was but still I tried! keep going, you got this

Don't think too much about it. I use to think oh if I can't touch my toes I'm not doing it right, but actually it is recommended that you have a slight bend in the knees to protect the back.

I had just heard quite some bad news and was feeling pretty down. I decided to randomly try some yoga to calm myself down, even though I never really do it. I started doing this video, and found myself releasing some stress, I shed some tears. And it really helped me feel calmer afterwards. Thankyou for this video. i felt awful this monday morning, i had a terrible night’s sleep, a lot of overthinking and ruminating recently and in the night, stressful family tension at home too and all in all i wasn’t mentally prepared for the busy week ahead.

I'm in highschool and struggle with anxiety. It's the first time I've done yoga since elementary school and this was really calming. The music, her voice, everything. Some exercises hurt a bit but it was still relaxing. Also my anxiety makes it difficult for me to breathe a lot of times, and she kept remembering me to breathe properly during the video, this is really awesome, I'm gonna do this every morning, it's worth it
