thank you it was helpful for me when you said that we dont have to do on one side what we did on the other that it doesnt have to be the same on both sides, that was helpful for me and helped me to adjust from trying to do what i had done on the other side and not getting much of a stretch to allowing my body to get a deeper stretch from a slightly different configuration
I have "advanced" to this video, after spending about 6 months doing the shorter and easier "yoga in bed" videos. Really enjoy the deep hip stretches in this one. Jessica has a way of teaching that I find very different from the many other yoga youtubers out there. More focused on how it feels and encouraging variations and, even more radically, movements within a pose.
Love your gentle flow yoga videos. You are clear, easy to follow without having to always refer back to the screen. You have the perfect voice for this: it’s soothing, calming, peaceful.

Hi, I really enjoyed this Yoga practice. I trained as a Yoga teacher in 2020 but shortly after I qualified I had a bad cycling accident badly injured my back and lost my mobility for almost a year. I am slowly coming back into my practice and have been seeking a course online to follow as I relocated to Germany and need an english speaking class to follow. Have tried three of your classes so far and enjoyed all three. Super relaxing, great ways in and out of the postures and very clear direction. Very much enjoying your classes. Thank you
I just tried this yoga flow today and felt some stretch on my legs. Somehow it feels hard for me in the first 14 minutes but then the tension becomes more bearable and feels more relaxing in the 2 minutes after. Thank you for the yoga practice! I always love how your practice is so helpful for beginners like me. 😊
