This is exactly what I need more of since I have a physically draining job. often times, high energetic yoga is too hard after a day of work. Or sometimes restorative yoga makes me so sleepy. This was a perfect balance! Thank you ❤

Hi, I really enjoyed this Yoga practice. I trained as a Yoga teacher in 2020 but shortly after I qualified I had a bad cycling accident badly injured my back and lost my mobility for almost a year. I am slowly coming back into my practice and have been seeking a course online to follow as I relocated to Germany and need an english speaking class to follow. Have tried three of your classes so far and enjoyed all three. Super relaxing, great ways in and out of the postures and very clear direction. Very much enjoying your classes. Thank you
I had my COVID vaccine about 72 hrs ago and am now just feeling better. Thank you for this restorative and stretching yoga flow. It was refreshing to release tension from being stiff on the couch and in bed. Peace be with you ☮️

thank you it was helpful for me when you said that we dont have to do on one side what we did on the other that it doesnt have to be the same on both sides, that was helpful for me and helped me to adjust from trying to do what i had done on the other side and not getting much of a stretch to allowing my body to get a deeper stretch from a slightly different configuration
