    Such a great all-around back practice with enough movement to get some heat. Love how the back was incorporated into the entire practice including the warmup and cool down. My back is feeling the love after this practice! The water sounds were a great addition

    I just learned how to skateboard today and my low back started to hurt. This practice helped relieve my low back pain already. Thank you!

    Having compressed discs 4,5 & 6 and nearly always (despite daily yoga practice) having lower back pains, this was GREAT!! Thank you so much. (And just loving your locations!!). 🙏🙏🙏

    Fun practice, CC! I really enjoyed it. It's nice to see a practice that's a little different- with a lot more strengthening repetitions and fewer quick transitions. Loved it! Could you maybe do another workout with blocks for strengthening?

    I LOVE THIS CLASS! This am, no new video so i did last week's block assisted video...amazing workout! As the class wound down, i saw this new class and thought I'd check it out! It was perfect after that first workout! I think I will be repeating this class every night before bed!
    On another note, i'd love to hear what you were discussing with camera person! Seems really interesting :) Just kidding!

    Today I came back from work exhausted, fell into bed and didn't want to move for the rest of the day. Then this popped up and it turns out, it was just what I needed. Thank you so so much work the effort you put into creating such unique classes😊😘

    Great sequence! Suggestions though, it would be nice if you shifted the audio forward 2 seconds. I can't see the pose as you are describing it. More breathing guiding would be nice too. I wasn't sure when the inhales and exhales were sometimes.

      I have found that it has helped me. I'm more mindful of what I say and do and how it affects me and those around me, though this is more from studying the yamas and niyamas (core tenets of yoga) and from meditation than from the asana (physical) practice.

      @@TS-eo9uf that i really interesting - i have not come across the yamas before - being mindful sounds so spiritual - how often do meditate or do yoga?

      @@johncharles5065 There is a great book called the Yamas and Niyamas by Deborah Adele. It's really concise and a great read. I do an asana practice every day and I'm working toward doing a meditation practice every day as well. I get one in almost every day.
      Being mindful can mean as little or as much as you make it. I try to think of how others will be affected by my actions, which is a pretty overarching theme for me.
