Hubris! I was going through that flow, thinking I am amazing this feels like a beginners class to me, the regular practice is showing. When out of nowhere 'from lizard go into Koundinyasana' (I paused to give myself a chance) then we have not just a Koundinyasana but a jump back to chaturanga. To complete the humbling exercise what was that balance on the left, I fell out of my Koundinyasana when I saw it.
Thank you I enjoyed myself and it was no harm to keep the ego in check.

this practice is so relaxing and peaceful, helps to get distracted frow all daily worries. usually its not easy for me to concentrate, but your calm and smooth voice made me forget about every, I can be listening for it for eternity.
I didn't expect this slow practice to make me feel so strong and stable... but it's perfect.

I really loved this yoga sequence, thank you. I like how the sound of the water fills the spaciousness between instruction unlike some yoga videos where they use that space as an opportunity to go on a tangent. The spaciousness helps me focus and get in the zone. Thanks!

Good class. Here’s some constructive advice that will definitely make you better at instructing:
- you repeat the same instructions for R and L side every time. Say most of it on the first side, and on the second side let people enjoy it and connect with the pose, maybe say what they should be feeling rather than where everything should be. If they keep repeating the same poses every class they will get it.
- Don’t worry about trying to say everything about the positioning of feet or hands on one class. Say 3 things maybe, and then say it differently on the next class. As people come back they will get the subtle adjustments they need to make for their own experience.
- Let people have more moments of silence so that they can hear their own breath. If you keep talking people will get too worried about what they should be doing rather than what they should be feeling.
