Another challenging class with challenging transitions, you beat me on a few occasions. I watched that Ted talk, I generally start my yoga practice by reciting the Ashtanga opening chant, it feels humbling, not sure if that´s a positive thing...

it took me about 6 months to manage to do two seconds, but it's possible! just try your hardest every time
It’s just strengthening muscles you’re not used to yet, you’re not weak :) blocks also help to build the strength! You got it!💪💛
