    So nice, I loved it😍 you are doing such a great job! I also liked the question at the end about the thoughts on one's own practice. Just one thing, I would really love it to have a little more time to get out of shavasana, it feels a little rushed sometimes. Thank you so much for your classes! Love from Sweden 🇸🇪

    Very inteersting practice and very challenging. Thanks for the mental and physical cues. I enjoyed it and I have never done a lift off with my legs wide. Very cool!!

    I now know why some postures seem so out of reach to me : lack of strength in psoas ! I think that video is going to be one of my fav from now on.

    Another challenging class with challenging transitions, you beat me on a few occasions. I watched that Ted talk, I generally start my yoga practice by reciting the Ashtanga opening chant, it feels humbling, not sure if that´s a positive thing...

      it took me about 6 months to manage to do two seconds, but it's possible! just try your hardest every time

      It’s just strengthening muscles you’re not used to yet, you’re not weak :) blocks also help to build the strength! You got it!💪💛
