    Hi CC, could you please explain why shoulders should not go lower than elbows in chaturanga? I tried to search it but I couldn't find anything...I often suffer from elbow pain myself that's why I'm asking :) And thank you for another amazing flow, you're the best!

      That cue is meant to protect your shoulders from dipping too low in chaturanga. Because your shoulders are the most mobile joint in your body if that happens repetitively, you run the risk getting hurting your shoulders or getting a repetitive strain injury.
      Try to make sure your elbows are directly over your wrists in chaturanga, don't lower too deep, and make sure your elbows are in right next to the sides of your body (pointing straight back). Also, maybe try skipping chaturanga for a few weeks to give your elbows time to rest and heal!

    Thanks once again for a super challenging flow. I really enjoyed the building on each sequence and I feel like you combine Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Mandala influences into each practice. It is great and I follow only a handful of yoga teachers and I am so excited to find your classes to add to my list!! Namaste

    Whew this killed me then brought me back to life. Love how CC brings you to where you think you can’t possibly do more, then eases you back down. I couldn’t get all the balances but it’s something to work towards!

    Hi CC, I love your challenging classes. I try to do them as best I can but I can't always fully do the poses! your introduction video talks about your 4-year yoga journey, but I would really like to know more about how you practiced and basically how you achieved such an advanced level in very little time :) I've been doing yoga for years, but it seems like I was never able to take it to the next level

      So what really helped me has been a dedicated yoga practice, 6 days a week! Consistency is key! :) keep working at it, it’s all about the journey!

      @@YogaDose Thank you for replying! I really liked your core and wrist strength practice for handstands. It basically had the techniques and exercises we need to practice to achieve the pose. I hope you do more of these for other challenging poses! :)
