This video has a bit of everything. As you can tell from the title, this video will challenge most aspects of your yoga practice. In this video you will:
-- challenge your balance in poses like half moon, twisted triangle
-- work out your core/abs
-- work on headstand or headstand prep
-- get a good workout that will leave you feeling great

Absolutely phenomenal practice. This was very challenging for me in the best way. I very noticeably felt myself building strength. it is such a cool looking flow, But I am a beginner at yoga and wanted a long beginner practice, it would have been great to know that this is an advanced flow, because I am not yet strong enough to do those poses! I probably should have checked it further, but to put advanced in the title of the video would help beginners like me to not hurt themselves! Sorry!!
This is a great practice for those whom are ready for a more challenging and faster flow. I thoroughly enjoyed it and really broke a great sweat!

This sequence is a good challenge for me ,I’m very proud of what I could do .Ive pratised the hand stands against a wall but I ve succeded with the others without so I’m happy
Im going to do and redo that sequence till I feel completely confortable with it ,that s my goal.

Good, challenging practice overall. However, it was discouraging for me to be told to 'just not do this pose' (headstand) because I don't have it in my practice currently, as opposed to giving a variation.
Good point, you could do down dog on your forearms instead
I am curious about side plank with extended leg. I don't have the flexibility to for this pose... is there any poses you can suggest to gain flexibility in the inner hamstring. (I can do side splits, but have terrible range in front splits)
+Cqualey1 oh yah thats a tough one. Work on utthita hasta padangusthasana and supta padangusthasana, and Upavisthakonasan . Also, Trikonasan
perfect amount of challenge for me, very well-rounded practice. Going to keep practicing until I can do this more comfortably!

I come from Greece... here with the economy crisis is very hard to afford yoga classes, the salary can barely cover the basic bills, so i was trying to do my own, but it didn't work very well, since i m not a yoga instructor myself i didn't have a nice flow. Then i've tried youtube, and i found my way of doing yoga in a proper way. there are many good people giving nice courses but i have to say you are my favorite , i want to let you know you put a smile on my face everyday and especially the next one when i can feel "pain" on certain parts of my body because of the good exercise you put my on. I would certainly like to donate but right now i m having a hard time, i m so grateful to you and for what you are offering. Namaste!

This is a good class, but the video seems to be rather prone to error messages. Is there anything you and Francesca could do about that? Also, I like the way you asked Francesca to do the yoga part of this yoga video because you were injured. It shows that you know your limits. :)

Yoga With Tim Yeah, it times out in the middle of the video, and says "This video is not available, please try again later," with just a black screen. So, it's not a yoga problem; the yoga part is great--it's a technology problem.
Thanks for the video! tried it first time. Challenging to complete whole one hour, but felt good. I am not comfortable doing headstand and handstand. Do you recommend any other asanas for beginners instead of these? thanks again

I started practicing 30 minutes yoga sessions every morning, before going to work. They wake me up, warm and strech my body well for the day. This is a another good video with some challenging but attainable poses with good practice.

ive noticed that none of the comments have responses, does anyone else think that people that do yoga have flat butts? for some reason I feel that many Yogis have no butt, just an observation
Can confirm, unfortunately, I've learned that the hard way! :D Last spring I completely ditched the gym and started with yoga as a primary workout, and no matter what I do, I can't seem to grow my butt back. It's firm, but really small and flat. I kind of just came to terms with it being that way hahaha I'm glad I'm not the only one who noticed that...
Ksenija Janjić LOL, It’s so true ! If you notice they have very strong backs flat bellies and over developed thighs, yet their Butts are as flat as a pancake!🤣🤣
Francesca and Tim! Really, really wonderful practice! Thanks so much for sharing! I did it along with y'all and loved that every asymmetrical set of postures finished with one that is symmetrical. Hey Tim, I think that on this one the Vinyasas at the beginning were a little too quick, and also I felt that you held on too long for some of the uncomfortable poses like the standing triangles and the one legged balance poses. hahaha a couple of times i was like jesus christ man! dont kill me! Just figured ud appreciate my critique, I watch your videos alot. You´re the best though!!
+Jon K Hi Jon. As practitioners we want to work up to being able to holding all of the standing poses for at least a minute. If this was very challenging for you I recommend starting with the beginner series so you can build up your strength and endurance. This is an advanced video.
