Power Vinyasa Flow | 45-Minute Total Body Yoga Workout Class for Weight Loss, Strength & Flexibility

- A power vinyasa flow yoga class designed to help you stretch, breathe deep, tone, and strengthen while focusing on the abs, hips, and glutes to make this an energizing and dynamic full body workout. This at home morning yoga practice is a sequence that's designed to help you warm up the joints necessary for the poses to get maximum benefit.
The breath is taken into consideration to illicit a meditative quality, along with breathing patterns to help to train the muscles of the diaphragm to become strong and healthy, while keeping the nervous system calm to train nerve elasticity. This aids in help us to move further into the stretches and opening up the tight muscles, while holding the strengthening poses for extra time to build muscle in the commonly weak areas.
I filmed this class up on my roof in Southern California on an overcast morning. The vibe feels right for some zen like yoga.

Enjoyed the outdoor vibe….did I hear a rooster crowing intermittently? Great pace and I still enjoy the instructions as it reminds me to do the poses correctly and think about minor adjustments. Much gratitude for your expertise and corny humor 😉

There was a lot going on here but the pace was so measured I found it not too taxing. Especailly doing the sun salutations, I usually get winded trying to keep up but did fine today.Guess all the time I'm spending with you is paying off. Thanks a bunch Tim

Thanks for the class. I personaly feel like doing more core work as well , but i do core work and other total Differential movement Practices as well. Other then thet i liked i verry much and become more and more familiar with yoga and like your teaching stile.
The best think for me of all the Practice was the part where you sayd passive agrassive yoga teacher. The laugh Flash was the best and Made it al more enjoyable . Thank again 😃

Loved this routine- especially starting out with thread the needle (necessary for my shoulder tension). I've been practicing for over 20 years too and always learn something new with you, Tim. By the way, looks and sounds like Puerto Rico. You're prob in CA but it took me back to Rincon PR (one of my favorite places in the world).

I loved this class, particularly the roosters during shavasana! It was certainly enough abs for me too. I am bummed to miss your 30-day challenge. After a couple months of dizziness I learned I need open heart surgery. I guess during my recovery I won't be able to bend my sternum so yoga will be off the table for a bit. It's all a bit surreal at this stage.

A few times during poses I checked my laptop to see if my internet was buffering. Nope, that's just how long we were holding poses, lol. Loooooved this one! The deeper holds were awesome, and cueing was on point as usual. Length and content were perfect- more like this! Thanks, Tim!

Hey Tim and Happy Holidays (11/28/21 @10amET). I totally enjoyed this morning flow, the roof top winding road view and the sense I achieved. Also, that view helped me forget about the snow flurries I see from my windows while practicing. ❄❄ Also Also, thank you so much for checking me when you said about "...being so advanced...losing sight...not wanting to hear instruction..." This class has components of yesterday's live class, I did this one too tody. Glad you shared this so I can keep it as what I enjoyed learning the most. Half moon and side angle twist I liked. Less weight on finger tips and keeping ribs in helps in twist with balance. Crow pose to hold for even for 2 seconds means your teaching is working. Much appreciated thank you.
