As a runner, I know I should do core, but I avoid it like the plague! This was a wonderful way to work the core with the mindfulness and breath of yoga. I loved it!

Absolutely love the revamped content and direction this channel is heading. Christian and CC do a great job and it’s so nice to have some more challenging flows to practice. Are there any plans to have a yoga dose content appear on MYP? A 30 day or 90 challenge for advanced practice would be a brilliant addition to the amazing content on there. Keep up the great work, I hope this channel picks up and takes off. Wishing for all the success and recognition you deserve.

The vedios you post is this will help me for fat loss ???? I am a great fan of yoga I don't like other excercises like the people do but I like yoga it's flexible and relaxing and my body is also flexible I want to fat loss so it will help me for fat burn ???
i really enjoyed this but my wrists were so sore during the various down dog poses, is there anyway to prevent that?
I’ve injured my wrist and would love to see a really challenging and strengthening wrist-free practice... just a thought 😁
Check out all the other classes we have released with Christian. They are all challenging classes that recruit other areas besides the wrists.
Yoga Dose I have been through them, they all involve heavy use of planks, side planks, up/down dog and a lot of other wrist-intensive postures I just can’t do right now, but thank you!
KG9551 well it will be hard to find classes that avoid your basic up and down dog asanas, but in regards to plank postures, this class is kind of the only one really using the wrists more. Christian’s classes are usually modified and accessible. Hopefully when your wrists heal we will be fortunate to have you back :)
A lot of time spent in down dog which was a little killer to start with but oh man do I find that sitting stretch difficult. No idea how Christian could touch his feet!
