    Whats thw best time to exercise beforw breakfast or it is tje afteenoon -thank uou

      Everyone is different, so I can only speak from my own experience, but I prefer to workout in the morning because it energizes me for the rest of the day. I know working out too late in the afternoon can affect your sleep.
