    DESCRIPTION
    Welcome to the Endurance 50 Series. These workouts use intervals of 50 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest to build your endurance, strength, fitness, co-ordination and stability. The workouts are designed to fully fatigue your muscles and to take you to another level of focus and technique. Your brain will be challenged and your muscles will feel the burn, but don't worry, there are always modifications available.
    In Endurance 50 1+2=3 you will do 30 rounds of 50 seconds of work with 10 seconds rest. Every third round is a combination of the first two rounds. Lots of rotational moves in this one, up and down moves to elevate the heart rate, as well as balance challenges. You will see some down dog exercises using the chair and of course handstands! It's a tough one, but don't worry if you don't get the moves perfect the first time through. It is supposed to be a workout you can grow with!

    I watched bits of the workout and all the exercises look amazing. Grand plie is my new favourite. I'll try it even though I might need micro breaks here and there.

    That was challenging. I modified a bit, such as alternating between straight and bent legs in the leg rotations exercise. I also enjoyed doing the handstand by lifting one leg off the ground. I'm grateful that you included internal hip exercises. Thank you!
