    Linda, how do you think. If I did your last weekly rotations with walking+toning I felt great and recovered fast. Now I am doing week 48 and it's harder. There are no walkings, but cardio toning+toning. And today is the day 2 and I feel that my legs are sore anf some inflammation in my body. But still I see how my body is transforming. Is it because of lots of toning or it's my hormones reaction? Maybe I should split some trainings and do 1 toning+walking and other day 2nd training+cardio? Thank you🙂

      to be honest, some inflammation and soreness is normal from tough toning workouts. I get it too and it is nothing bad. I would say it is affecting your hormones if you feel like you have no energy and you feel weak and fatigued, but if it is just a bit of muscle soreness, that is normal not hormonal. If you feel better having a lighter day in between then just do that. Listen to your body above all else!

      @@barlatesbodyblitz Hi, Linda! Thank you for your feed back🙂 Yes, I feel sore almost after all your workouts, but I recover fast. But sometimes I can feel really week with no energy. And I analized why and found that this happens after upper focus trainings especially chest focus. And I understood that I used to do TA for long time and I didn't feel arms as I feel now. Anyway, today I finished day 3 and tomorrow I will take the rest with one of your walkings😍

    A+ Loved this one. Knocked the laziness right out of me because I couldn't get started today. I said to myself, surely I can do 12 minutes.
