I searched a week ago for exercises to lose weight and your video appeared to me two years ago ua-cam.com/video/90a-Tf2jrVQ/v-deo.html and I continued to do it three times a day and in only two days I lost 5 cm when I started I was 19 after two days of exercises I became 18 5. After another two days, I became 18 and continued to do it, but after two days of continuing, I did not lose anything. I said maybe there was a mistake. I continued to do exercises for four days, but I did not lose anything.

I did this exercise for 9 days and my thighs went from 59 cm to 55 cm. I did it 1-2 times a day. I did not follow a particular diet. my english is not good enough so i'm sorry.thank you so much April💓 you changed my life.

I've been doing this exercise for almost three months and I can say its a really beneficial exercise but it didn't make to many difference on my legs since everyone has different body types.for example my thighs reduced 2 cm per week. my thighs were 67 cm and it ended up at 57cm (i measure from the thickest place) but for calves they were 38 and ended up at 37 there's a little impact but still good.believe in yourself and keep going! thank you for this exercise April.

Я делаю упражнения второй месяц. Сделала себе список с видео - на грудные мышцы, осанка, руки, два на пресс, тазовое дно и два на бедра. Многие жалуются что бедра меньше не стали, так мои тоже но они стали плотнее, прощупываются мыщцы. В целом с размера L я подтянула тело до M размера. Сейчас я добавила ещё кардио 20 минут с этого же канала. Занимаюсь будние дни, выходные отдыхаю, стараюсь есть меньше вредной еды, чувствую себя намного энергичнее. Сбросила я примерно 2-3 кг, - 1см с рук, - 3см бедро, - 3см ягодицы, - 2 см икры, ~10 см в талии., мой рост 156, 32 года,весила я почти 69кг,сейчас 65-66(вес прыгает из за воды в организме, это нормально) Спасибо большое за видео!

Okey so here are my results. I have been doing these exercises for a week know and i am trying to eat healthier. Overall I lost like 1 cm on my calves and 2 cm or so on my thighs. However, for me visible change is more important than numbers. Not only I but even other people have seen drastic changes in my legs. They seem soo much thinner now. So thank you soo much April!

hello, i will be doing this workout for 1 week and hopefully get results:) left thigh (21.2 cm ) right thigh (21.1cm ) left calv (13.6 cm) right calv (13.8 cm ) Day 1: ✅did it and could feel the burn through the whole workout Day 2: ✅did it :))) Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ❎ didnt do it today, BUT went for a long walk and had 10k+ steps Day 5: did it today and could defenitly feel the burn after not doing it for a day Day 6: did it. Day 7: i didnt do the whole workout bc my body is so tired from the week but can recommend this workout. i also tried my best to eat healthy which may have an effect on my resuslts

Doing this for a week or more(?) Day 1: ✅ I did do a 9-11 minute upper inner thigh leg workout (don’t remember the time) beforehand, alongside an ab routine, so I was worn out. I did complete this workout, though! The only thing I did differently was I put my legs up flat against the wall for the roller stretches.
I promise I won't disappear after the first 2 days ahah My thighs are currently 59.5cm, I'm doing this workout for a week while following a diet :) Week 1: ✓✓✓✓✓✓✓ Results: my thighs are 57 cm now!😳 I'll do this for another week Week 2: ✓✓×✓✓×✓ Results: 56 cm (-1cm) Didn't lose much bcz I didn't count calories and wasn't consistent with exercises, but it's still something I'll do things better so I'll lose another 2cm by next Thursday Week 3 results: still 56cm🥹 Idk now they're not slimming down anymore, but I don't have much free time during the day to do sport, so for now I'll be fine with it and keep exercising. I think my main problem is that i don't have a foam roller bcz my parents don't want to buy it, so I use a thermal bottle to massage my legs. 3/11/2022 Thigh: 52cm Calf: 30cm Will update after one month 2/12/2022 Have been doing this exercise every day since 4/11/2022 (skipped 2 days), one set each day with calories intake of 1000-1500 daily. But not much difference up until today: Thigh: 51cm Calf: 30cm Will continue and add on with another set of leg slimming exercise.
Id like to say 1000 is way too low!! It can mess your metabolism up. The lowest you should go is 1,500 and burn the rest off. If you eat lower thsn that you risk being malnourished, having deficiencies, and hurting your metabolism. After i upped my intake to 1,500 and ate healthy I actually started gaining muscle quicker and burning fat faster. My anemia hasnt been as bad of a problem and i havent been having brain fog memory issues or body weakness. Also drink 2l of water a day!

I tried this exercise and might I say while I was doing the moves I felt like I was going to die. My leg was burning, numb, and shaking. But I pushed through it and after the workout ended my legs felt perfectly normal again. They didn’t feel weak and numb. I highly recommend!

I followed no diet but I did 30 * 3x all of the above exercises. It helped me burn a lot. The only problem I faced was unbearavle pain in my legs tht moved upto lower abdomen. I searched a week ago for exercises to lose weight and your video appeared to me two years ago ua-cam.com/video/90a-Tf2jrVQ/v-deo.html and I continued to do it three times a day and in only two days I lost 5 cm when I started I was 19 after two days of exercises I became 18 5. After another two days, I became 18 and continued to do it, but after two days of continuing, I did not lose anything. I said maybe there was a mistake. I've been doing this exercise for almost three months and I can say its a really beneficial exercise but it didn't make to many difference on my legs since everyone has different body types.for example my thighs reduced 2 cm per week. my thighs were 67 cm and it ended up at 57cm (i measure from the thickest place) but for calves they were 38 and ended up at 37 there's a little impact but still good.believe in yourself and keep going! thank you for this exercise April.

Многие жалуются что бедра меньше не стали, так мои тоже но они стали плотнее, прощупываются мыщцы. В целом с размера L я подтянула тело до M размера. Сейчас я добавила ещё кардио 20 минут с этого же канала. Занимаюсь будние дни, выходные отдыхаю, стараюсь есть меньше вредной еды, чувствую себя намного энергичнее. Сбросила я примерно 2-3 кг, - 1см с рук, - 3см бедро, - 3см ягодицы, - 2 см икры, ~10 см в талии., мой рост 156, 32 года,весила я почти 69кг,сейчас 65-66(вес прыгает из за воды в организме, это нормально) Спасибо большое за видео!

Okey so here are my results. I have been doing these exercises for a week know and i am trying to eat healthier. Overall I lost like 1 cm on my calves and 2 cm or so on my thighs. However, for me visible change is more important than numbers. Not only I but even other people have seen drastic changes in my legs. They seem soo much thinner now. So thank you soo much April!

Day 1: ✅ I did do a 9-11 minute upper inner thigh leg workout (don’t remember the time) beforehand, alongside an ab routine, so I was worn out. I did complete this workout, though! The only thing I did differently was I put my legs up flat against the wall for the roller stretches.
I promise I won't disappear after the first 2 days ahah
My thighs are currently 59.5cm, I'm doing this workout for a week while following a diet :)

Results: my thighs are 57 cm now!😳 I'll do this for another week

Didn't lose much bcz I didn't count calories and wasn't consistent with exercises, but it's still something

Idk now they're not slimming down anymore, but I don't have much free time during the day to do sport, so for now I'll be fine with it and keep exercising. I think my main problem is that i don't have a foam roller bcz my parents don't want to buy it, so I use a thermal bottle to massage my legs. Now they're full of bruises :(

Have been doing this exercise every day since 4/11/2022 (skipped 2 days), one set each day with calories intake of 1000-1500 daily. But not much difference up until today:

Id like to say 1000 is way too low!! It can mess your metabolism up. The lowest you should go is 1,500 and burn the rest off. If you eat lower thsn that you risk being malnourished, having deficiencies, and hurting your metabolism. After i upped my intake to 1,500 and ate healthy I actually started gaining muscle quicker and burning fat faster. My anemia hasnt been as bad of a problem and i havent been having brain fog memory issues or body weakness. Also drink 2l of water a day!

I have been doing your saddlebags exercise for like a year my legs were in shape of X and i add that video in my workout playlist and that's really effective they are now in in straight shape almost...now i will add this one to reduce my thigh fat. Thank you so much April ❤️
Edit: OMG there is foam roller exercise too 😱 i just ordered that thing from Amazon and it will be delivered in 4 to 5 days looks like I can do the alternative exercise till then. So excited 😀

@@sawasabi8046 Привет. От тренировок Эйприл всегда есть успехи. Занималась около двух недель, ноги подтянулись, икры уменьшились в объеме, но это больше заслуга роликового массажа.

result: both went from 59 cm to 57 cm. even though I don't do it regularly. but every evening I massage my leg. this was too much for my legs, I even got a 3 day report from school because I couldn't walk. don't push yourself too hard!!! 🥺

I tried this exercise and might I say while I was doing the moves I felt like I was going to die. My leg was burning, numb, and shaking. But I pushed through it and after the workout ended my legs felt perfectly normal again. They didn’t feel weak and numb. I highly recommend!

My name is Asma. I am from Pakistan. I did follow this pattern for 10 days. My weight is 91 kgs. I dropped 1 kg in last 10 days. My thigh was 29.5 inches and now its 28 inches. I followed no diet but I did 30 * 3x all of the above exercises. It helped me burn a lot. The only problem I faced was unbearavle pain in my legs tht moved upto lower abdomen. I took cranberry sachet that releived the pain. Else perfect.

My thighs are definitely getting slimmer but there are no visible changes when I wear clothes right now. I was suggest doing different workouts at the same time as this one to push your body more.
