@@taetae5145 of course you need to change your diet. You lose weight by calories deficit, so if you consume more calories than you burn then you wouldn't lose anything no matter what workout you do! The key here is to eat healthy and try to track your calories intake. So if you eat about 500 calories fewer than what your body needs to maintain its weight and did this exercise you will lose up to 1kg per week depending on your metabolism.
it's been seven days, i do three workouts of her (this, the slim arms one, n the thigh for beginners) exercises, along with a fasting diet. i went from 70 kg to 66 kg in just 7 days. it's fantastic

Guys I see many of you in the comments saying you didn't lose as much weight as expected or some of you even gaining weight. If you only do this, its not enough. You need to have a minimum of 1 hour of exercise daily it can be as easy as just walking or jogging or harder exercises also control your diet so that it fits YOU. Your diet should fit as in how active are you, your daily schedule, your metabolism, etc. Everyone has a different daily schedule and different metabolism rates so our body reacts to the food differently. Also keep in mind that you eat food for energy, not for no reason. I used to be like that too when I would eat for no reason even though I was full and had a lot of energy. Its most likely because you are bored so think about something else apart from food and have self control. Also the thing about eating breakfast daily is not really true because unless you are actually hungry you don't NEED to eat breakfast if you aren't hungry. This is why that food you eat instead of using it for energy it gets stored in as fat which now you would burn which is really unnecessary to you. So unless you are active you shouldn't be eat that much considering your physical activity level also considering that we are living during covid we are not as active as before yet we still eat just as much as we used to to leading you to gaining weight. Anyways be positive about yourself, eat healthy and well, stay hydrated and take care!!

i have been doing this workout for several days now because the arm slimming exercise has become too easy for me now. i haven't really tracked the changes in my weight tho im surprised to see that some of my shorts and bottoms are fitting me nicely again. what i love about this exercise is how much it makes my body tired/sleepy by the end of the day because im an insomniac. since i started this workout and if i do this in the morning or at least before 3pm, I feel incredibly sleepy by 9pm to 10pm. it has rly regulated my sleeping patterns.

I lost 1kg in 1 week thanks to April Han. I stopped eating junk food and drinking sweet drinks and controlled the portions of what I eat, I didn't eat very little but I also didn't eat a lot. I did her workout along with some of her other workouts every single day and the results came in very fast.

Today is Wednesday 7/7. I tried doing this workout since Friday 7/2, rest on Sunday, then continued on Monday-Tuesday, and rest again today. I've lost 1.5 kg!!! Planning to continue this again on next Thursday-Saturday. To support my weight loss I: -Drink green tea before workout -After this HIIT exercise I do a quick targeted workout (her slim arm/abs workout) -Reduce carbs and increase proteins. I still eat refined carbs like white rice, white bread, cereal, etc but I just have to keep in mind the calories of every food so I meet my daily intake.

Really helpful in many ways. My aim not only to loose weight but to keep healthy. I can't follow with all the movement on my 1st time. After a few days, i can do it except for jumping. My health condition not allow me to jump. Now, I did not realised 20 min passed.

8 weeks challenge 🏋🏻♀️ Current weight:59 kgs Goal : 50 kgs As I'm gonna join college next year , I have to lose weigh. Since, I'm a south indian, i eat these type of foods . DIET : Early morning- 1 amla ( 30 cal) Morning - 3 idli or 2 dosa or 2 chapati with sambar or any chutney.(Nearly 300 cal ) . Afternoon - 1 cup of rice with little curry and more veggies for protein.(Nearly 300 cal ) Evening - Black coffee ( nearly 30 cal) Night- a banana (60-80 cal ) Total cal ~750 cal Day 1 : completed. So much pain in legs 😭.

@@taetae5145 of course you need to change your diet. You lose weight by calories deficit, so if you consume more calories than you burn then you wouldn't lose anything no matter what workout you do! The key here is to eat healthy and try to track your calories intake. So if you eat about 500 calories fewer than what your body needs to maintain its weight and did this exercise you will lose up to 1kg per week depending on your metabolism.

Guys I see many of you in the comments saying you didn't lose as much weight as expected or some of you even gaining weight. If you only do this, its not enough. You need to have a minimum of 1 hour of exercise daily it can be as easy as just walking or jogging or harder exercises also control your diet so that it fits YOU. Your diet should fit as in how active are you, your daily schedule, your metabolism, etc. Everyone has a different daily schedule and different metabolism rates so our body reacts to the food differently. Also keep in mind that you eat food for energy, not for no reason. I used to be like that too when I would eat for no reason even though I was full and had a lot of energy. Its most likely because you are bored so think about something else apart from food and have self control. Also the thing about eating breakfast daily is not really true because unless you are actually hungry you don't NEED to eat breakfast if you aren't hungry. This is why that food you eat instead of using it for energy it gets stored in as fat which now you would burn which is really unnecessary to you. So unless you are active you shouldn't be eat that much considering your physical activity level also considering that we are living during covid we are not as active as before yet we still eat just as much as we used to to leading you to gaining weight. Anyways be positive about yourself, eat healthy and well, stay hydrated and take care!!

i have been doing this workout for several days now because the arm slimming exercise has become too easy for me now. i haven't really tracked the changes in my weight tho im surprised to see that some of my shorts and bottoms are fitting me nicely again.
what i love about this exercise is how much it makes my body tired/sleepy by the end of the day because im an insomniac. since i started this workout and if i do this in the morning or at least before 3pm, I feel incredibly sleepy by 9pm to 10pm. it has rly regulated my sleeping patterns.

I lost 1kg in 1 week thanks to April Han. I stopped eating junk food and drinking sweet drinks and controlled the portions of what I eat, I didn't eat very little but I also didn't eat a lot. I did her workout along with some of her other workouts every single day and the results came in very fast.

Today is Wednesday 7/7. I tried doing this workout since Friday 7/2, rest on Sunday, then continued on Monday-Tuesday, and rest again today. I've lost 1.5 kg!!! Planning to continue this again on next Thursday-Saturday.
To support my weight loss I:
-Drink green tea before workout
-After this HIIT exercise I do a quick targeted workout (her slim arm/abs workout)
-Reduce carbs and increase proteins. I still eat refined carbs like white rice, white bread, cereal, etc but I just have to keep in mind the calories of every food so I meet my daily intake.

@@Sondos_3 You won't feel your abdominal muscles too much, because these exercises shed more fat than those muscles build. I saw the effects in appearance very quickly and these are the perfect exercises to lose weight

I m 70kg, 162cm...started from 1st Oct 2021, I will do it one time a day...goal is 55kg. I have thyroid due to which my metabolism is quiet lower than an average normal human metabolic rate. Let's see what happens...I will update soon. Hoping to reach my goal soon.

This is insane!!! I didn't expect that i can lost my weight cause i eat as usually, no diet. But i do this work out for 8 days and i lost 1 kg 😭. Hopefully i can do this with discipline 🙌✊

I’m doing this for 1 week and update y’all on the results:))

Day 1: ✅ this was WAY harder that I thought at first but after the work out I felt very happy

So I didn’t lose any weight but I once weight myself on day three and I actually gained some weight but with a better diet and this workout I easily lost the weight I gained so I definitely recommend this👍🏻👍🏻💕
Edit: it’s been five months and finally lost all the weight I gained in quarantine! I just want to tell everyone that it is possible and that you can actually archive anything if you put your body and soul in it. It was hard ofc but you gotta survive the hard times to get to your goal🙌🏼🙌🏼 I wish everyone a successful weight loss project! I believe in you!!!💕💕 and Never forget to first love yourself the way you are! This is the most important part in life ❤️

As I'm gonna join college next year , I have to lose weigh. Since, I'm a south indian, i eat these type of foods .
DIET : Early morning- 1 amla ( 30 cal)
Morning - 3 idli or 2 dosa or 2 chapati with sambar or any chutney.(Nearly 300 cal ) .
Afternoon - 1 cup of rice with little curry and more veggies for protein.(Nearly 300 cal )
Evening - Black coffee ( nearly 30 cal)
Night- a banana (60-80 cal )
Total cal ~750 cal
Day 1 : completed. So much pain in legs 😭.
