@@lalirica2388 For my body, I stopped exercising because I was fasting. I am an Arab Muslim, but I think I can do sports so that my body can be slim. I used to do April Han's exercises. They are very good. They helped me lose weight. As for the diet, it is rather harsh. Morning: a boiled egg, a cup of tea, milk without sugar, and a small piece of brown bread. As for lunch: a green salad, and you can take other things, but in small quantities, and I drank a lot of water. As for dinner, I fast until the second day, and so on. I was surprised. My weight was 68 and now 59.3, and I want to get off, God willing, I will do it again, but I do not recommend it very much because it is tiring 😢 but I will say good luck 💪🏻

@@georgia9029 same here bro, I'm 20 and when I started this workout I weighed 68.15 kgs, and now after 4 days I weigh 67.05 kgs. And I don't follow any diet, nor am I cutting down on my eating habits.
Hi! I’m so proud of you and it’s awesome that you’ve gotten so far but if you cut your caloric intake too low, you can actually end up slowing your metabolism and your weight loss might not be sustainable. You may also not be providing your body with enough nutrients! If you continue to eat right but just a bit more while exercising you’ll likely have a healthier and forever lasting result; I speak from personal experience. Please just keep this in mind and do whatever is best for you though🧡
I lost about 4.3kgs in 10 days. All i did was eat clean, i avoided carbs and sugar, and i did intermittent fasting (20/4). Didn't do workout or any exercise. Perhaps i should incorporate this workout in my diet routine, most definitely can lose more than 4.3kgs, and build muscle mass.

I started about 3 weeks ago (18/05), need a gentle exercise to help my body become more flexible, and don’t set a specific number goal when using this video. I’m not pregnant, don’t follow a diet, am not vegetarian, no IF, keto. No supplements or another exercise. Up to today, 31/05, my body is leaner, with my thighs reduced from 55cm to 53cm and my waist from 74 cm to 73 cm. I sometimes eat snack, yogurt, ice cream, and fresh fruits because I like them. I believe my past self would be surprised when I exercised, but my present and future self will proud of me. You too, I'm sure. Note: I used to do 10 minutes of light exercise every morning, walk 2-3 times per week, and am not someone who has never exercised. If you have lower back pain, you can refer to standing exercises like this. I have tried and found it more comfortable than abs exercises when lying on the mat. Tips of me - Set the goal to fit your body, not someone else's, and pay attention to your health and lifestyle. I recommend book Atomic Habits if you want to learn how to build good habits and break bad ones. - Regularly and make it a habit, 5, 10, or 15 minutes for you. According to my experience, exercises, clothes, or items for pregnancy and children are usually safer, and we’re also less exhausted and discouraged. I’ve done other exercises of the same length, but I can’t go through three days. This video makes me happy; I can easily smile when I finish this exercise. - Eat a variety, but in moderation. - Sleep enough. - Don’t forget to drink enough water. I hope my English is not too bad. Starting: weight: 67.8kg, height: 165cm Day 1: ✅ very proud that I could do it😂 Felt tired but in a good way Day 2:✅ Felt more comfortable but it was better than the first Day 3:✅ Had some pain ache but it just means it’s working for me Day 4:✅ I felt more comfortable and was able to finish faster today, I’m not tired. So I’m happy Day 5:✅ I did it pretty late than normal but I did it! More tired today but that’s just due to a busy day. Felt better at the exercises though. Day 6:✅ A late one again, I was going to try to do 2 sets but that will be next week😂 so tired today. So I’ll maybe push myself tomorrow to do 2 sets! I’ll update you how I feel. @@y4nxz0 Hi, I only did this workout to test it to see how much I can lose! I only did 1 set a day and had a smaller food portion. I do walk over 9,000 to 15,000 steps a day so that might have helped as well but hope that helps🌱

I am starting this today let's see the progress together I will update you everyday for 2 weeks . Weight - 59 kg Desire weight - 49 kg Day 1: ✅ I was able to do these exercises easily.I have done workout from UA-cam before but they are very tough . It was easy but I could feel the power of exercise , my body was struggling a bit to complete the exercises that showed that it was working . Day 2: ✅ it was easy and I was more comfortable but I was sweating a lot more than day 1 and that is a good sign which means you are burning the fat . Day 3: ✅ I can feel more control on my movements. At first my legs just came down by themselves but now I have more grip on them and I put them down after any movement in exercise. 🥳 Hurry ! I did it twice today. I am so proud of myself 🥳 Day 4: ✅ did feel very comfortable doing it but I was sweating which is good . Gonna start adding this as an extra to my daily cardio. I'm determined this time, I currently weigh 68kg and my goal is 60kg. I can do this!! Update: My health journey has been such a roller coaster. When I initially posted this comment, I was in a very unhealthy state of mind. Restricted my calorie intake immensely (max. 1000cal) and exercised for at least 90min every day, no breaks. And obviously, I could not keep up with such an unhealthy routine and I fell into the same binge and restrict cycle that I've been in for the past 1.5 years after gaining a ton of weight after dealing with pure extreme restriction and orthorexia beforehand. And once I decided too stop counting calories shortly upon realising that my extreme routine was not getting me any progress, that same "all or nothing" mentality I had towards food and exercise stayed nonetheless. I gained up to 72kg. But I persisted and told myself to never count calories again. I stayed at 72kg maintenance for months - but no extreme binging and restricting anymore though. Until, in November 2023, when I decided enough is enough and I will work on losing weight the right way. I've now come back to 68kg with my goal still being to reach 60kg. I still have trouble with binging and the thoughts of restricting on some days, but they are getting less. It's a long journey, but the thing is, this time, it feels like a true lifestyle change and not a chase for quick results. I still have bad days, but I know I'm steering towards the right direction. (For reference, I'm 168cm)

I’m trying this for 2 weeks. DISCLAIMER: I’m also doing other workouts and a calorie deficit of 1200 calories a day. However, it wasn’t my stomach that burned it was my legs. I’m doing this workout because I want to lose stomach weight but I don’t feel the burn. I feel a bit discouraged but I won’t give up. Day 3: ❌ I didn’t end up doing it today. I was to busy but I’ll get back to it tomorrow

It's only been a few days since I started doing this workout, but I'm pleasantly surprised with how much hip mobility I've gained with the exercises, and how they are definitely toning my upper thighs and glutes. It is also an incredible core workout that effectively utilizes the obliques, which means they do wonders for your waist shape even if you have an extra layer of fat (like I do). Just wanted to share that!

Hello, I have also started this journey. Currently, I am 1.65 meters tall and weigh 64.4 kg. I have always been slim, I used to weigh 45 kg, but due to some health problems, I gained a lot of weight in a short period of time. Now, it is very difficult for me to lose those kilograms, and I do not feel good in my body at all; I don't feel healthy. I will try to eat balanced meals over the coming weeks. Dia 25/03 Peso: 81.4 Kgs. Tenho feito os exercícios e melhorei minha alimentação, não deixei de comer o que eu gosto (lanche, pizza ou um docinho) mas estou comendo com uma frequência beeem menor. Também parei de tomar refrigerante e tomo +/- 2 litros de água por dia. Faço 40 minutos de exercícios de manhã e 1 hora a noite. Cause there are many ytbers who post simple exercises but say it's looses hella fat but tbh when I tried April's exercise after just 2-3 I started sweating like hell that's when I got this is the REAL EFFECTIVE exercise for reducing Fat . I want to lose at least 10kg by my birthday in February. I'm 60kg and the goal is 48kg. I will eat little during the week and exercise a lot on the weekend. I'm not just going to do this exercise, I have a playlist of exercises for the legs, arms, stomach, collarbone, shoulders, back and entire body! Okay so I found this video just yesterday and here is my process! D1 : I only did it once because I was sweating like crazy but gosh I feel lighter D2 : I did it twice the amount yesterday! Was still exhausted but it definitely wasn't as exhausting as yesterday and the fact that I did it twice D3 ( current ) : I did it! I also went for a walk later I managed to walk 10,000 steps D4 : Was planning to skip today's exercise but I still did it anyway! It felt less tiring everyday I can do most of the step without any problem now! And I can see some changes on my body! Oh yeah forgot to mention I also went for a walk again D5 : did it! Still went for a walk🙉 D6 : almost forgot to update but I did it with another walk 😆 D7 : done! But it was raining so I couldn't go for a walk I'm also going on a diet! D8 : couldn't do it today since I was sick😓 but I should be able to do it tomorrow.
Wenn du Diät machst sage nie Diät sondern nur ich mache mehr Sport esse weniger und gesünder und trinke mehr Wasser das ist nur so ein Tipp weil das hilft meistens weil ich bin auch in Diät aber ich denke nicht an Diät ich denke nur ein normaler Tag mit ein paar Veränderungen das hilft bei mir meistens nur ein Tipp 👍🫰
Started today. I hope to achieve 2 weeks goal. My legs and arms are burning so i believe it’ll work on legs n arms as well. Day 1 complete…. Edit: i did it for 3 days n more than abs i felt difference in thighs/butts. I couldn’t continue after 3rd day coz of painful periods (diagnosed endometriosis). Will be resuming it again today. 😃

I’m so proud of you and it’s awesome that you’ve gotten so far but if you cut your caloric intake too low, you can actually end up slowing your metabolism and your weight loss might not be sustainable. You may also not be providing your body with enough nutrients! If you continue to eat right but just a bit more while exercising you’ll likely have a healthier and forever lasting result; I speak from personal experience. Please just keep this in mind and do whatever is best for you though🧡
I lost about 4.3kgs in 10 days. All i did was eat clean, i avoided carbs and sugar, and i did intermittent fasting (20/4). Didn't do workout or any exercise. Perhaps i should incorporate this workout in my diet routine, most definitely can lose more than 4.3kgs, and build muscle mass.

takeaway: i can say that with a good diet, everybody can do this... just have dicsipline & i try not to retrict my self too much & balance my meals with vegetables, fruits & protein. every week i have 2 cheat days (i dont know, its just the way i do it. & the exercise helped me to be physically active again, it's not too much & i finished it in two weeks wow. i recommend this exercise guys!

I started about 3 weeks ago (18/05), need a gentle exercise to help my body become more flexible, and don’t set a specific number goal when using this video. I’m not pregnant, don’t follow a diet, am not vegetarian, no IF, keto. No supplements or another exercise. Up to today, 31/05, my body is leaner, with my thighs reduced from 55cm to 53cm and my waist from 74 cm to 73 cm. I sometimes eat snack, yogurt, ice cream, and fresh fruits because I like them. I believe my past self would be surprised when I exercised, but my present and future self will proud of me. You too, I'm sure.
Note: I used to do 10 minutes of light exercise every morning, walk 2-3 times per week, and am not someone who has never exercised. If you have lower back pain, you can refer to standing exercises like this. I have tried and found it more comfortable than abs exercises when lying on the mat.
Tips of me
- Set the goal to fit your body, not someone else's, and pay attention to your health and lifestyle. I recommend book Atomic Habits if you want to learn how to build good habits and break bad ones.
- Regularly and make it a habit, 5, 10, or 15 minutes for you. According to my experience, exercises, clothes, or items for pregnancy and children are usually safer, and we’re also less exhausted and discouraged. I’ve done other exercises of the same length, but I can’t go through three days. This video makes me happy; I can easily smile when I finish this exercise.
- Eat a variety, but in moderation.
- Sleep enough.
- Don’t forget to drink enough water.

Day 1: ✅ very proud that I could do it😂 Felt tired but in a good way
Day 2:✅ Felt more comfortable but it was better than the first
Day 3:✅ Had some pain ache but it just means it’s working for me
Day 4:✅ I felt more comfortable and was able to finish faster today, I’m not tired. So I’m happy
Day 5:✅ I did it pretty late than normal but I did it! More tired today but that’s just due to a busy day. Felt better at the exercises though.
Day 6:✅ A late one again, I was going to try to do 2 sets but that will be next week😂 so tired today. So I’ll maybe push myself tomorrow to do 2 sets! I’ll update you how I feel. Definitely feeling more confident and comfortable with the workout.

Just to say I didn’t change my food as I have the same as my family all I did was a slight smaller portion so they wouldn’t notice 😂 This has definitely giving me more motivation now for the following week. I’m going to do this for longer just because I might need a couple days off workout due to being busy but I’ll be back!! I’ll update when I miss it don’t worry.

@@y4nxz0 Hi, I only did this workout to test it to see how much I can lose! I only did 1 set a day and had a smaller food portion. I do walk over 9,000 to 15,000 steps a day so that might have helped as well but hope that helps🌱

Day 1: ✅ I was able to do these exercises easily.I have done workout from UA-cam before but they are very tough . It was easy but I could feel the power of exercise , my body was struggling a bit to complete the exercises that showed that it was working .
Day 2: ✅ it was easy and I was more comfortable but I was sweating a lot more than day 1 and that is a good sign which means you are burning the fat .
Day 3: ✅ I can feel more control on my movements. At first my legs just came down by themselves but now I have more grip on them and I put them down after any movement in exercise.
🥳 Hurry ! I did it twice today. I am so proud of myself 🥳
Day 4: ✅ did feel very comfortable doing it but I was sweating which is good .

Update:
My health journey has been such a roller coaster. When I initially posted this comment, I was in a very unhealthy state of mind. Restricted my calorie intake immensely (max. 1000cal) and exercised for at least 90min every day, no breaks. And obviously, I could not keep up with such an unhealthy routine and I fell into the same binge and restrict cycle that I've been in for the past 1.5 years after gaining a ton of weight after dealing with pure extreme restriction and orthorexia beforehand. And once I decided too stop counting calories shortly upon realising that my extreme routine was not getting me any progress, that same "all or nothing" mentality I had towards food and exercise stayed nonetheless. I gained up to 72kg. But I persisted and told myself to never count calories again. I stayed at 72kg maintenance for months - but no extreme binging and restricting anymore though. Until, in November 2023, when I decided enough is enough and I will work on losing weight the right way. I've now come back to 68kg with my goal still being to reach 60kg. I still have trouble with binging and the thoughts of restricting on some days, but they are getting less. It's a long journey, but the thing is, this time, it feels like a true lifestyle change and not a chase for quick results. I still have bad days, but I know I'm steering towards the right direction. (For reference, I'm 168cm)

It's only been a few days since I started doing this workout, but I'm pleasantly surprised with how much hip mobility I've gained with the exercises, and how they are definitely toning my upper thighs and glutes. It is also an incredible core workout that effectively utilizes the obliques, which means they do wonders for your waist shape even if you have an extra layer of fat (like I do). Just wanted to share that!

Hello, I have also started this journey. Currently, I am 1.65 meters tall and weigh 64.4 kg. I have always been slim, I used to weigh 45 kg, but due to some health problems, I gained a lot of weight in a short period of time. Now, it is very difficult for me to lose those kilograms, and I do not feel good in my body at all; I don't feel healthy. I will try to eat balanced meals over the coming weeks.
Day 1: ✔ It wasn't hard, just a bit tiring towards the end. I couldn't do the last exercise because I felt dizzy. I hope tomorrow will be better.

Tenho feito os exercícios e melhorei minha alimentação, não deixei de comer o que eu gosto (lanche, pizza ou um docinho) mas estou comendo com uma frequência beeem menor. Também parei de tomar refrigerante e tomo +/- 2 litros de água por dia.
Faço 40 minutos de exercícios de manhã e 1 hora a noite.
Já estou sentindo diferença nas roupas 🥰
💡 Obs: meu médico me disse para não me apegar ao peso da balança e sim as medidas, porque músculo também pesa, as medidas que dizem se estamos emagrecendo ou não 💡

Cause there are many ytbers who post simple exercises but say it's looses hella fat but tbh when I tried April's exercise after just 2-3 I started sweating like hell that's when I got this is the REAL EFFECTIVE exercise for reducing Fat . В какой-то момент поняла, что отваливаются ноги, но в принципе всё прошло хорошо.

Всё ещё тяжело, но я рада, что осилила это и ещё одну тренировку :) Пью 2 литра воды и стараюсь нормально питаться (хотя есть сильное желание есть очень много..)

Решила сегодня позаниматься по видосу (5 кг за 28 дней) от Эйприл, раньше по нему скинула 5 кг за месяц, рабочая тема. Всё ещё тяжело...
I want to lose at least 10kg by my birthday in February. I'm 60kg and the goal is 48kg. I will eat little during the week and exercise a lot on the weekend. I'm not just going to do this exercise, I have a playlist of exercises for the legs, arms, stomach, collarbone, shoulders, back and entire body! In February I will tell you what has changed, wish me luck.

I have visceral fats in my stomach which gives me a bad looking belly although I am thin and it caused me high cholesterol , I am really excited to try this challenge with a balanced diet and with doing fast walking work outs

Day 3 ✅ Done , it was really easy today and I already notice some difference

Honestly I'm feeling very happy. This is the first workout I could complete the whole video and still be very sweaty. As someone who doesn't do any kind of exercise, I think I will stick with this routine 😁

Okay so I found this video just yesterday and here is my process!
D1 : I only did it once because I was sweating like crazy but gosh I feel lighter
D2 : I did it twice the amount yesterday! Was still exhausted but it definitely wasn't as exhausting as yesterday and the fact that I did it twice
D3 ( current ) : I did it! I also went for a walk later I managed to walk 10,000 steps
D4 : Was planning to skip today's exercise but I still did it anyway! It felt less tiring everyday I can do most of the step without any problem now! And I can see some changes on my body! Oh yeah forgot to mention I also went for a walk again
D5 : did it! Still went for a walk🙉
D6 : almost forgot to update but I did it with another walk 😆
D7 : done! But it was raining so I couldn't go for a walk
I'm also going on a diet!
D8 : couldn't do it today since I was sick😓 but I should be able to do it tomorrow.

Wenn du Diät machst sage nie Diät sondern nur ich mache mehr Sport esse weniger und gesünder und trinke mehr Wasser das ist nur so ein Tipp weil das hilft meistens weil ich bin auch in Diät aber ich denke nicht an Diät ich denke nur ein normaler Tag mit ein paar Veränderungen das hilft bei mir meistens nur ein Tipp 👍🫰

Edit: i did it for 3 days n more than abs i felt difference in thighs/butts. I couldn’t continue after 3rd day coz of painful periods (diagnosed endometriosis). Will be resuming it again today. 😃

Насчет питания:утром обычно пью чай без сахара с хлебом и с сыром/сметаной.на обед кушаю то ,что приготовила( пюре,плов,суп,хинкали,мясо и тд),но всегда ем досыта ,но не переедаю.И +стараюсь не кушать после 6( не всегда получается,но не ругаю себя за это) Любите себя и свое тело родные,и тогда у вас все получится.Всех обнимаю и желаю удачи❤
