As always Tim it was a great practice. Particularly this session going slowly with very detailed instructions for warrior 2 & triangle pose, bend in the knee for warrior 3. Great fundamentals that just keep adding up to develop a well rounded foundation. Your knowledge and instruction are most appreciated. Thanks for sharing this practice.

I was delighted to see the hour long videos you're now posting ,Tim. I have been very restricted with practice secondary to a meniscus operation from which I learned I have virtually no ACL left- I have apparently compensated quite well regarding the ACL as it is something I have probably been living without for a while and have remained active with yoga ,surfing, snowboarding, hiking ,etc...everything but distance running which I gave up after a car accident 15 years ago due to next/impact injuries, and which was probably the culprit in having barely an ACL left as it has been discovered.. Alas, as I had a trip planned to Europe prior to needing surgery I had to do most my rehab on the road and had been concerned about not regaining full ROM back especially as it relates to my being able to sink into child's pose and other such postures demanding knee flexibility. This video had a rhythm and ease of building up to demanding postures that my knee responded to beautifully! I am so grateful to be able to say I was able to sink into a child's pose and achieve grace with other postures I have been struggling with during this video, I believe as a result of your mastery of flow and kinesthetic sense of how one pose prepares the body for the next more demanding pose. I am so encouraged today, thank you, thank you,, thank you, Tim. I shall become a member of your patron club also. Your videos are some of , if not the best bedroom/home office yoga I have ever experienced.
