Amazing. I've practiced Ashtanga and Vinyasa for many years, and I LOVE your micro-adjustments and strenghtening. I feel like I could have prevented some yoga-induced injuries with these flows!
I have done a very similar routine with other yogis but, the fact that performing a rather slow moving routine allow the targeted anatomical parts to react to the stretching in a different way. It was really fun and the 50 minutes went by like a breeze. Thank you!

This exercise along with some of your others are bringing life back to what the doctor told me was a dead hip. What else do we get if we sign up for that crow pose video in the description? I need to stay on my skateboard as long as possible so giving away my email isn’t that big a deal. I’m willing to sell my soul at this point. Lol sorry for the ramble.
