Feeling stiff this morning, your class is just what I needed! Unlike some other instructors, jumping from post to post ( it maybe too easy for themselves), you really understand how to warm up the body for the followers. With gentle repetitive moves it helped me a lot to make each transition from post to post easier and relative stable (except the one with two hands only on the floor), a graduated full stretching indeed, I'm feeling so good after the class. Thank you so much! !
I love the pace of this class. It's slow enough to allow me to get into the pose and just fast enough to make it all flow. Absolutely perfect for me this morning!
I really really enjoyed this class, added this after Lesley's Yoga Fix 90 Day12 class, which was a good leg strengthening 30 min flow :) Thank you Erin, I feel really lucky to have found you! :)
I love your classes.....I want to do them all today lol; however I know that is off balance!! I will enjoy looking forward to doing them every day! I am a 30 year practitioner and teacher and I love practicing with you. You seem very knowledgeable for someone so young!! Namaste!

I am not sure how many times I have practiced this flow maybe 50 I just love your practice. I am sad that I have never had the dates to do a retreat. Maybe the next one after April 2918
Titled 'constant flow' I thought this would be too fast but it wasn't. It was VERY good and I enjoyed it a lot! I liked your choice of poses and sequence so much I wonder if you would consider doing this class in a 60 minute Slow Flow. [perhaps omitting crow due to wrist pain ): ] Thank you for your excellent teaching! Every day I'm greatful for you.

+Angel Fitzpatrick Yes! Try any of the classes that emphasize twists. Especially deep seated twists. These classes are very good for your digestion.
