About to hit 4 months NC, and 6 months after the break up. Gotta be honest, Craig, losing hope here. I've grown emotionally, physically, mentally, and I'm knocking out huge goals left and right. But another guy swooped right in shortly after. Looks like I'll just need to use this newfound growth with someone new after the 9 month probation! Side question, if I get the course with the workbooks, which should be done first?
Honestly, it’s just a personal preference! It’s all great. The course has a lot of creative stuff to it (cartoons, white board videos, art therapy activities etc). Either way, the student who sits down and does the work (even just 30 minutes a day) will be far further than the ones that don’t 💪
@@CoachCraigKenneth I did the first two sections of the Creative course since posting that comment and I absolutely love it. It's super well done and I'm impressed, considering I've only really interacted with your videos here. I didn't expect something so... comprehensive. Even after seeing some videos again, the questions are bringing up some deep stuff. The activities are great, the voice acting for George's movie trailer was superb, and I can't get enough.
I'll check out the Knowledge stuff when I'm done since I skimmed through and it seems to be some serious stuff. To be honest, if it didn't have stuff focused on getting an ex back, I'd recommend it to everyone. Maybe for the next giant project, you guys could make it more of a general life improvement course to expand the audience a bit.

I have been working on myself for about 4 yrs now while healing from Narc abuse. This one is dismissive avoidant and I'm glad to see that no contact works on them too!! With the help of your coachings and working on myself I have become stronger. My ex however is constantly reaching out while being on the rebound. Sometimes I have the impression that his ego suffers as I am not initiating contact. From time to time he succeeds in drawing me back into his life and it seems he wants to come back. However after some time he pulls away, tries to put me in the friendzone and goes back to the rebound. She is a coworker, twenty years younger than me and my ex. It is tough but with the personal grows I recover much quicker from his half-hearted movements towards me. All the best for Craig, Margret and Victoria and everyone listening to this channel. Almost 9 months post breakup and 5 months NC. I still think about him all the time and wish I didn’t anymore. I also catch myself crying when I feel overwhelmed, but only for a moment. I try to shift my focus to something positive. Looking forward to the day when it doesn’t hurt at all anymore. Don’t know if he will ever reach out but somewhere deep down there’s still a glimmer of hope. Wish I could just move on already!

Hey! I feel you about this. I'm trying to move on from him. I thought I'm fine but there are times that I cry alone and think about him. But I know he is happy with someone right now, all we got to do is to be strong.

I’ve also reflected on the relationship and believe that this breakup needed to happen for me to see things more clearly and make necessary changes in my life for the better. Hang in there. Hi coaches, could you guys do a video on ways to deal with the doubts you might have about yourself, your character and sanity in the aftermath of a toxic/emotionally abusive relationship? Others outside of the relationship (including other so-called coaches) just basically mark the abuser as narcissist and heartless and say just move on.. but that is just unhelpful. You guys are insightful, I wonder if you have a any suggestions to deal with it in a dignified and understanding way.. I was doing group therapy and know many people who are struggling with this. I’m diligently working on the workbooks and creative healing course and seeing an online therapist in my area due to crazy third wave of covid. Thank you coaches! Keep up the amazing work!

Also, I am in a situation where my ex broke up with me years ago now. He is engaged. I made a lot of mistakes post breakup. I feel a bit silly now to buy the course because my situation is pretty much a lost cause.

Breaking up with my 1st ex was made more hurtful be me. So no contact was something i held onto after the breakup with my 2nd ex. I had a rough past and i had an extremely weak moment from it that i considered breaking NC. But i didnt.
It doesnt feel like NC is working all that much. Ive been getting more and more closer to being OK with not having her in my life anymore. Whether she comes back or not.
She called me Sunday. Then texted Monday saying she never should have called to give false hope. THEN she called me Tuesday to tell me I got mail there. Pls help me!

Show your hurt feelings to anyone but your ex, if you want them back they'll know they've still got you. If you don't, you look like a loser.
My ex and I were actually talking about repairing things when he abruptly ghosted me. It's been hard, but I've been practicing no contact ever since. I for my part would appreciate an update on the video on ghosting after a long-term(-ish) relationship and how to cope with it. Best wishes and stay strong everyone❤

Hi coach I am in no contact for quiet sometime but when my ex reaches out to me I fail to recognize his intention and often be too friendly and he takes it on and starts to explain me again that why he ended up the relationship and why his decision was correct 😢 what should I do
My ex broke up with me three weeks ago. During that time, she has contacted me four times, 3 times to see how I was and once for business reasons. I haven’t reached out to her, but I’ve responded with short replies when she contacts me. About a week before we broke up I ordered some parts to fix something in her house. Well those parts have come in and today she came over my house to pick them up. I gave her the parts and tried to explain how to install them. Other than that, we didn’t talk about anything else. I did notice she was wearing a ring that I gave her two months ago for her birthday. She was wearing workout clothes which she wouldn't even wear to the supermarket. However, she is wearing this ring which is very elegant would only wear when at least a little dressed up. I’m not sure what to make of this. When she was leaving we had a long embrace and she said she was sorry. I didn’t ask her what she was sorry for and I didn’t say anything else. When we separated from the hug she could see the tears streaming down my cheeks. I definitely wasn’t showing strength and I feel this is a setback. I’m just confused by this encounter.

What if the ex called and I dont remember if I swiped on it or just missed the call because I deleted her contact info?
I was curious one day and she indeed contacted me a year ago after being a whole year apart after the final discard in 2019. Torn between staying no contact or returning contact because the last call I got before our big break was a suicide threat and its got me worried that if I call back itll just be a trap of some kind.

My spouse decided to use no contact against me when I was in love with her, well during no contact I lost all the live I felt for her and moved on and hooked up with another girl. When my wife decided to come back to fix the marriage after asking a judge for a 3 year restraining order, I was happy with the new girl. Now my wife decided to hide my son from me and not allow me to see him. Its been months that I haven't seen my son, my spouse now uses myv3 year old son as a weapon against me. These are the results of stupid ass people using no contact.
What was the alternative? Beg her to take you back?
