Thankyou Dr. Berry and Nurse Neisha! I am on day five of carnivore and have already lost 9.4 lbs. I have a long ways to go as I’m currently over 300lbs. I don’t know that I would have taken a chance on this diet if it weren’t for your informative and reassuring videos.

My gum problems are pretty much gone as I only have three teeth, LOL. But before start carnivore from the cancer. But I do eat some low carb vegies a couple times a week not to freak out my wife. We never realized how brain washed we were. But both of us are off the Diabetic meds.
My FIL was on acid blockers for over 25 years. Last year he died from stomach cancer. The rest of the family thinks it's a mystery, but my husband and I know exactly why it happened. It's tragic that so many health issues could be avoided if people just ate a proper human diet.
Friend of mine had stomach cramps. Goes to get a GI and stomach full of polyps! He's been on acid blockers for years! Scary what the medical industry keeps from us.

I was on methadone prescribed from Dr for 12 years. It shut down my entire digestive system and almost killed me. Finally got off methadone 3 years ago and feel the best I ever have! Carnivore for 121 days now lions for 65 days trying to heal my autoimmune issues!

I'm off sugar carbs keto/ Mediterranean diet. I lost a lot of weight. My BP is 110/70. My A1c is down from 6.2 to 5.3. Everything is down. LDL , TRIGLYCERIDES. My uric acid is down because I stopped my diuretics because I'm losing a lot of fluids from my sugar-free diet. Thank you Dr. Ken. Without you I would have been on several chemical meds.❤❤❤❤❤

I had no problem finding Dr. Berry when I searched UA-cam BUT you guys have NOT been popping up in my feed like usual.
Gotta throw this in ! I went to an NP today, told her that I watch your videos. She told me that you can’t doctor me from utube ! Then I mentioned the carnivore diet, she looked at me with a blank face and ask what is a carnivore diet .. omg and she’s telling people what they need to do to lower b/p. She was pushing the cdc and American heart association crap…
I’m 78yo and remember my mom cooking beef tongue on a regular basis when I was growing up. It was delicious!
My mom did too, a served it just like it came out of the cows mouth🤔 if she'd skinned and sliced it maybe we would have eaten it, but that's probably how it was served to her.

I grew up on a farm and I am sure I ate it not knowing. I remember seeing it on the kitchen counter and it was not appetizing to look at.
@@evelyngreen6867 I put it in the crock pot overnight or all day till it is extremely soft and you can peel off the outer "tongue" part and eat the absolutely delicious inside. Eat it with salt, onion, cilantro, lime (and if you are willing, inside a corn tortilla) My kids grew up loving it like that and it is how I had it as a child in the 70s and 80s

I haven’t weighed this month yet. But as of right now down 136lbs.
I have had people ask me what I’ve been doing I used to say I just eat meat. Which gets a reaction mostly of disbelief and some of anger. So! I now just say low carbs.
I did have a lady-her brother is a friend of my husband-wanting to know what and the how of it. I tell her and share Dr Berry videos. Week later she says bought enough meat for the week.
Yesterday- she shared what’s she was eating-PIES- all sorts of breads- ff-gravy. A heart attack meal!
She posted it was just for a treat. Wait-what! No I have not said a word- her deal not mine.
I find out she works for a doctor. Got my answer!

I have developed Oral Allergy Syndrome that seems to be getting worse and worse so i'm gonna take this video popping as a sign to give this a go again. I did this diet before and it was great, my kids even loved it and we all felt great but when my husband came home it threw a wrench in things and inflated prices too. Definitely gonna get back on it.

I previously had great success with intermittent fasting and a low-carb diet. lost 16kg of body weight and felt fantastic. sadly I relapsed, lost discipline, and returned to my previous weight. Boy, it is difficult to reverse this and I keep watching your uploads to help me regain my previous good results.

My husband & I went low-carb/keto with Dr Westman 2 years ago after I got a CAC score of 952-was shocked and found Dr Westman, hallelujah!! Now I've found you as well and love learning from you and those Southern accents are music to my ears...😀 Doing great now HbA1C 5.3, triglycerides/HDL ratio under 1...have a low-carb Dr not too far away (Dr Penny Figtree) and have decided not to take the Ezetimibe she recommended ( I also have a high Lpa).
Thanks to Dr Westman I keep focused on my great metabolic health and feel the best I've ever felt at 56yo. And thanks to your testosterone video I'm ramping up my workouts -lifting heavier, feeling AWESOME!!!! Now inspired to try beef, butter, bacon & eggs (carnivore beyond keto) out of curiosity and loved hearing about how healthy fatty red meat is! Here lamb is much more available and our neighbours grow Wagyu...wish we could get one of theirs butchered as you mentioned and mix in the organs! Love your shirts too!

As much as I love Carnivore, I have never been a fan of all-or-nothing diets. I still feel the pinnacle of eating (which I feel I am at right now), would encompass all 3 macros, with carnivore foods being the predominant food source. Some people have said to me they don't feel satiated enough, to which I would prescribe more fibre - psyllium husk is great before a meal, it doubles the satiety I get from ANY meal and my clients have reported a marked reduction in all cravings having added some of my recommendations such as psyllium husk.

I found keto keeps me craving, only carnivore is satisfying.
Exception perhaps is Chris Cooking Nashville Mashed Potato! Lots of egg white, gelatin, etc but divine.
I started Carnivore yesterday. Wife too. Mid 50's ish. Recently retired. Healthy weight for my height: 125.3 lbs - 169.3 lbs.
I haven't been that light since 9th grade.
My goal is 200lbs. I figure it will take a year or more.

Enjoyed your video very much. You should have your own TV show. Everyone should know what the proper human diet is. Just recently, my chiropractor that I go to recently died of prostate cancer that metastasized to his small intestines. He was a raw food eater for over 30 years Yeah, nothing but raw fruits and vegetables. Nothing cooked. He was only 65.

Texas de Brazil does use a lot of vegetable oil. Most of their red meat is safe, butter had to ask for only that with gettable oils.
