    I love taking these minerals. I place the 1 dose (1 tbs) into my 32 oz water in the morning and try to finish it before my first meal of the day around 1-2 pm. I feel the difference when i do miss a day of taking it. I will feel weak and stiff. Its not too tasty at first, but after taking it for a month, I have gotten used to it. Great stuff.

    I would like to suggest an incentive for this daily minerals product. If a customer orders the subscription order for the daily minerals, you also include a "Dedicated Member" memberhip for the Dr. Community. A $5 a month savings. I might bite on that. Otherwise $58 for 64 days of servings is a bit steep for me.

    Great interview to compliment the carnivore, ketovore and keto lifestyle. I know minerals are essential, but it was hard cuz sometimes I felt like I was taking rancid stuff, etc. So this is a nice balance to know if you eat the proper human diet, along with these basic essential minerals, should help my mood, along with my weight loss, and autoimmune dealing with MS condition..

    As a 40+ year retired nutritionist who has seen probably a thousand mineral formulations here's what I like:
    Good formulation that includes some iodine and borate that's missing in some others (but we need way more borate than this, research getting boron from pure, mined borax powder like 20 MuleTeam).
    It also does not contain any additives.
    I don't like the price. This is the most expensive mineral product I've ever seen (almost a dollar a serving). The only justification for this price might be to bottle it in glass. As it is, to be competitive it should be half the cost, and that would still land it in the upper cost for minerals. It has nothing to do with the ingredients - same stuff used in all the others. The first ingredients after water are sodium chloride and sea salt, fancy ways of saying "salt". The rest are a nice blend of inexpensive chemically produced minerals.
    If you're following a carnivore diet and eating enough meat there's no reason you should need to supplement minerals, especially if you're sourcing your meat from healthy cows eating high quality grasses. (Except for boron and maybe a little iodine - look for Lugols iodine drops). You should be fine unless you have a genetic disorder that interferes with the absorption of something specific. If you need more electrolytes just literally use a good salt like Celtic or Redmonds, or buy some colloidal minerals at half the price for double the servings (which are made from salts like Celtic or Redmonds, lol!).
    Summary - You probably don't need it, but it's a good formulation.
    - Bottle it in glass and bring the piece down (way down without glass).

Cue my second bottle and having had that 6 week break, the difference is night and day for me. I find it pricey (NZ), but the improvement in the way I feel makes it a worthwhile spend 👍 Salty as all hell when first using, but I'm so used to it now it's a non-issue. Highly recommend🙏

      Lugols has 2.5mg of iodine/iodide in each drop. A 15ml serving of the Daily Minerals has 0.3mg of iodide. Whether that is enough to replace the other drops depends on you and your personal requirements for iodine/iodide.

    Morning
    Hows it going?
    I am looking for help balancing my electrolytes.
    I am a 45 year old athletic male, 145lbs 5’11 . Don’t take meds. Natural is the way to go. Practice yoga and pranayama daily, surf, skate, bike several times a week.
    I live in a coastal tropical climate in Ecuador. Hot
    Haven't eaten gluten, dairy, lactose, alcohol, caffeine, in 5+ years.
    I have been eating carnivore with a little fruit for 4 months now, really enjoying the meat and all the benefits but cant balance my electrolytes.
    I have tried taking more salt, potassium and magnesium at separate times with keto drops and my body tells me that I don’t need more.
    I have been playing around with keto chow electrolyte drops the past 2 months, started with 30 drops twice a day in 750ml of water and as time went on my body wanted less and less so I lowered the dosage , now I am taking 5 drops every 750ml of water I drink and my symptoms are the same. ( I drink 7-8 750ml bottles of water a day)
    Symptoms are dry mouth, sore muscles, very little night cramps, chest pain and anxiety when I over do it physically, some times light headed. The light headedness and dry mouth have improved over time and drinking more water daily.
    I have had blood work done and my electrolytes where ok.
    Any suggestions?
    What blood work should I get checked?
    I am going to try Keto daily minerals cause they have boron in them but they don’t arrive for 10 more days to Ecuador.
    I am really missing the sport as I am active and cant do them right now.
    Thanks for the help in advance.
    Take care
    Ryan

    I bought them but I tried to take the daily dose in 20 oz of water and became queasy and threw up. Then I tried 1/2 tsp in coffee but I couldn't get it down. Any other suggestions? I really believe they're important

    • @KetoChowYoutube
      @KetoChowYoutube  11 місяців тому +2

      You can use them in cooking or incorporate them into your daily routine. One approach is to spread out a 1 teaspoon serving three times a day, mixing it into 16 ounces of water. You have the option to add some citrus or a liquid sweetener if you prefer. Additionally, these minerals can be added to flavored beverages such as coffee or diet soda. Another method is to mix half a tablespoon with 8 ounces of water, take it quickly like a shot, and then follow it with a flavorful drink.
      Our co-founder and president has his own personal recommendation. He suggests placing a 1 tablespoon serving into a 16-ounce bottle of water, adding a squeeze of lemon juice for a refreshing twist. Sip on this mixture over the course of a few hours. You might be pleasantly surprised by how the addition of citrus significantly enhances the drinkability of the solution.

    I buy the daily minerals from keto chow and my whole family uses it. Recently bought a starter kit of the shakes and both my wife and I are disappointed at how overly sweet it is and that for keto they are very high in carbs, we have decided not to buy any more of the shakes.

    • @KetoChowYoutube
      @KetoChowYoutube  10 місяців тому +2

      We appreciate your valuable feedback. Should you find the shakes overly sweet, consider adding more water to achieve your preferred sweetness. Sweetness levels can vary between flavors. Additionally, the majority of our Keto Chows contain fewer than 1 net carb. In fact, with the introduction of our newer version (2.8), many flavors start with around 3 total carbs or less.

      The main purpose of the Daily Minerals is to reduce the number of supplements that you need daily in order to make up for the depleted minerals in our modern diet. It provides a solid baseline of important minerals and electrolytes with the idea that the remainder would come from the food you eat. Depending on that food, additional supplementation may be necessary.
      Another way to say that would be: we're recommending taking the Daily Minerals every day and then taking additional supplements as you feel the need.
      If you need more magnesium, check out the Magnesium Drops.
      If you need just sodium, you can add some salt to your food, or check out the Fasting Drops.

    Oh ugghh! I just bought the 32 oz, $68.00 bottle of daily minerals, splitting the dose onto 1 tsp 3x a day. We’ll, That was my plan to dose 1 tsp three times a day. I made it through two times a day and got the most wild diarrharagia that goes on & on. Yesterday I thought it was the bone broth but I haven’t had any bone broth yet today. This is making me feel awful. What is going on? And what can I do about it? That was really expensive and I was hoping to have confidence that I was getting all of the nutrients I need.

    • @KetoChowYoutube
      @KetoChowYoutube  Місяць тому

      The Daily Minerals are pure minerals with no added flavors, sweeteners, or other additives to mask their natural taste. For those sensitive to the taste, there are several ways to make them more palatable. If they make you feel unwell, we recommend taking only a third of a dose and gradually building up. Another option is to mix 1/2 teaspoon into a flavored beverage such as coffee, diet soda, or another drink of your choice. Additionally, you can incorporate the minerals into your cooking, allowing the flavors of your food to overpower the mineral taste, resulting in a salty flavor. For further assistance, feel free to reach out to Keto Chow customer service.

      The Daily Minerals aims to streamline your supplement intake by replenishing vital minerals often lacking in modern diets. It offers a foundational supply of essential minerals and electrolytes, with the expectation that your diet will contribute the rest. Depending on your dietary intake, additional supplementation may be beneficial, which our flexible-dose minerals accommodate.
      In essence, we suggest taking one serving of Daily Minerals daily and adjusting additional supplements according to your needs.

    • @KetoChowYoutube
      @KetoChowYoutube  3 місяці тому

      The mineral content in the Daily Minerals is based on the recommendations from Dr. Berry on what he sees as lacking in people's diets--even for people who are eating a proper human diet, ketovore, etc.
      Calcium is indeed a critical mineral but wasn't one that Dr. Berry identified for this specific supplement. We assume because it's not depleted in modern soils and not quite so difficult to get. This is the same reason you won't see a high concentration of sodium in the Daily Minerals. It's crucially important but most people get it as part of their regular diet, so there's not as high a need to add it to this supplement.
      If you are looking for a supplement that has ALL of the nutrients identified as critical for human health, you should check out the Keto Chow meal shakes, which have 740mg of calcium per serving along with all of the minerals in the Daily Minerals.
