I'm Jeffrey Chand, an acupuncturist, practitioner of Traditional Chinese medicine, and Qigong instructor.
I am incredibly passionate about sharing simple Qigong practices because I have directly witnessed how helpful it can be for a variety of health issues, prevention, emotional/mental health, and even spiritual health.
The style that I try to present is simple but effective, because it is based on several Qigong traditions, clinical experience, physical therapy, traditional and modern medicine, and from working with many people from a variety of backgrounds.
This style can be practiced if you are an absolute beginner and if you already have experience in Qigong or Tai Chi.
If you are curious, give Qigong practice a try and I am sure you will notice benefit to your health and wellness :)

It was serendipitous that I should see your video at this time, Jeff. It's 3:33 AM where I live. After an extremely stressful week I woke to a racing mind and painful tension in my neck, shoulders, and arms which was causing numbness and tingling in my hands. I lay there for several minutes, unable to go back to sleep. I picked up my phone and one of my fingers accidentally brushed a notification announcing this video and it started to play. I nearly stopped it, but when I heard your opening remarks I allowed the video to play and then I actually got out of bed to do the exercises with you. I feel calmer now, possibly even enough to go back to sleep. I've bookmarked this video as I intend to proactively do these exercises several times throughout the day. Thank you so much for this just-in-time and deeply relevant instruction.

I love to hear when that happens because it's a sign that our body/mind/spirit wants to be healthy and vibrant and it's always trying to help us.
We just have to be present enough to notice the reminders - as you were!

I’ve never done anything like this before. I came across a video of yours and thought… this is fun. I like how this makes me feel… and thought… I can do this. I know it’s all about balance and energy and maybe I’m just at the right point in my life to embrace this. I just did the session right before bed after a very long busy day at work. I think it helped to calm my brain and recenter myself. It feels good.

Thankyou, I could a fuzziness around my head- my gut has been in pain and listening and being present to it was important to me. I was able to let go about 20% of tension in my body.

Hi Jeffrey, I really felt the feeling of peace that went into my body with the last exercise. Thinking of that we're all energy, you can do a lot with your thoughts only. Adding some movements to it and voilà, you augment your energy, thanks to your video's and clear explanations. I've been doing qi gong before, but now suddenly it stroke me, this feeling of energy coming in to my body! ❤

Hi Jeff, thank you very very much for this Qigong flow. That's what I needed right now. I feel so much lighter.
When I started doing qigong I could not see much benefits fom just moving my hands but when I really tuned into my body and began to sense the movements it started to work! You need to first connect to your body and get out of your mind and thinking excessively, drop from your head into your body, build a relationship with it, listen to it, hear it, communicate with it.
