    I used to practice Jeffrey's Qi Gong every morning and didn't realize how good I felt until now. I haven't done it for a few years and realize how powerful it is now. I actually started crying during the horse stance and don't even know why, it just started pouring out of me. I think my body was telling me how good it is for me and how much it needs it. I've been very down lately, having migraines and nausea, I believe this and healthy eating will get me back on track. Thank you for being in my life Jeffrey.

    I've been learning Qi Gong online for the past 10 months from various teachers. This is the video I should've started with. Thank you for this teaching, which is basic in terms of understanding WHY we are making these beautiful, flowing movements and what to focus our minds on as we repeat them. For other beginners, I recommend setting playback speed to .75. It won't distort Jeff's voice and I find that slowing down the lesson just a tad helps me be more present, less anxious about missing nuances.

    Beautiful! I've recently found my way into Qigong as I've been experiencing high levels of anxiety and panic attacks. I went to a class at my local yoga place not knowing anything about it and quickly fell in love with the practice. Since that class I went online and found your channel and have been practising it every day at home! This channel is really excellent for Qigong at home and is also very informative. I've learnt a lot since I've been watching your videos, and I always find them very well put together. Thank you!

    As a teacher during COVID times I found I spent 8-12 hrs. a day teaching on a computer. My hips and shoulders took and carry the stress. I tried this basic video. What I discovered is I could use more of what you shared. I can wake up most days still feeling tired. This morning after 10 min. I feel more energy. I send thoughts of appreciation your way.

    I find doing Horse stance at the end truly amazing. I am amazed by how my 78 year-old body responds so positively each time despite my monkey mind.

    I am 91yrs, have exercised every morning for years, and have been doing qui gong for about a year and love it,
    however I have fallen and broken my wrist, are there any exercise I could do in the mean time? I miss it so much.
    You make it so easy to follow.

    Jeff I am in awe of your Qigong delivery. I am brand new to this type of movement (having studied dance and physical education all my career) and I love it! But the way you teach it is beautiful, educational and insightful all at the same time. I'd love to understand Qigong a lot more and maybe study it one day.

    What an awesome Qigong practice to de-stress at the beginning of the morning and benefit from the high Qi circulation that last all day long with so much calmness in the mind, emotions and body. I particularly like the changing scenes of the practice. The background scenes and light music brings a measure of focus on the practice. I feel absolutely good and strong before the end of the practice.. So wow.. Thank you Jeffrey for your introduction to this beautiful Qigong routine.. 😊🌄👍💯🥋🥊

    This was my first time practicing qi gong and I’m amazed I felt a huge shift in my energy (is that qi?) afterwards.
    I worked out way too hard yesterday after being sick for nearly a month, woke up absolutely exhausted and this completely shifted my energy and mood. Is it normal to feel such a difference after just one practice… I am blown away!

      My experience too. I have been recovering from an EBV infection/CFS for a few years now. Qi Gong gives me energy and stabilizes the arrythmia and pressure behind the eyes in just a minute! I've tried so many other things. Some that help some that just don't. Qi Gong has been far and away the most effective.

    Jeff I just wanted to tell you I started with this beautiful video about three months ago. I’ve done it almost daily, through wrist surgery & with a cast, good days and bad, have felt my body strengthening, and have shared it with many others. Although I am well, I am 76, and self isolating due to the virus. Now I do a longer version, with some added movements, in front of my windows and my plants. Still in my mind I see you in all your beautiful locations and hear your calming voice. Sometimes while doing cloud hands I close my eyes and can feel my brain waves change, and feel I could go on for hours!😊 Thank you so much for your gifts to us all.🙏🏻

    Gloria Staub's comment is so apt. I love your very movingly beautiful presentation, especially incorporating the the 5 elements, in colours and seasons. It speaks to the heart. Your background music is delightful and your well modulated and clarity of voice is so suited to the movement. I love the scenery , it takes me back to 1956 in Vancouver.

    I do this at least once a week. I found it does wonders for my depression and anxiety. I am bipolar with PTSD and use qi gong (and your videos) as part of my treatments. I found your channel 1 year ago and it has changed my life. If I go a day without qi gong I feel myself "jonesing" for some fresh qi lol. Thank you!

    Qigong only found me about 6 weeks ago. I'm 74 years old and I love it. I have to do this online as I have not seen any classes around here. So far, this routine is the best. I have seen several instructors and you are by far my favorite. Thank you for your way of teaching. You take the time to explain the movements and positions and believe me I need the explanations and all the help I can get. I like the WHY behind the how. Thank you, Dr. Chand.

    Cheers, Jeff! This was great! One of your previous videos on Ying and Yang really resonated with me i.e. how a lack of calming energy can lead to increased sensitivity and undesirable behaviours.     I was feeling quite a bit of anxiety this morning. My mind was racing from something upsetting that happened last night at work, and it was causing me to feel ungrounded and unsettled. I have recently starting practicing qi gong again, after a few years of not practicing much. I found this video on a search, and just wanted to say how much I enjoyed it! I felt my energy flowing more evenly during the practice, and now after completing the session, my mind is more at ease. Thank you, and I have subscribed to the channel, because I really like your style of teaching qi gong.

    It's strange, I've found that when I do light forms of exercise, meditation, just trying Qi Gong for the first time I notice that I feel really rough, almost like a hangover. But at the same time, I feel more present in myself, maybe it's just my body noticing I haven't slept much or I spend too much time studying.

      You have much stagnant energy, it' energetic detox that you're getting with this. Before, you weren't in your body, now you are, and you are releasing stagnant chi. Keep going!

    Thank you so much - my neck, shoulder, back, butt, and legs were all so stiff and painful today (too much sitting yesterday), and while this didn't eradicate all the pain and stiffness, it vastly improved it.

    I was introduced to Qi Gong from someone & I have started over the last week a few times to practice it, because I have been dealing with something for over several months from the overuse of antibiotics and what I believe is also still yeast in the system on top of more fibromyalgia symptoms happening over the last few weeks as I've had that since 2013. I've been trying to heal my body from these things sooner than later so that it doesn't cause any other problems and I really appreciate these videos that are very helpful. I also have a herniated disc in my neck a bulging disc in my back and a pinched nerve from an accident that happened a little over a year ago and it seems to relieve some of that as well. If there are any other videos that you do recommend that would help in this healing process feel free to share and thank you again for blessing so many :-)

      +Jocelyn it sounds like there is a lot going on and you have done the best thing possible-you've taken control by activating your own body's healing mechanism!
      Give it some time and try to be consistent with qi gong practice for best results.
      As far as what else you can do, there's a lot. The two most important aspects of our health are what we eat and what we think.
      I might suggest reading the book "You can heal your Life" by Louise Hay. People who suffer with fibro myalgia often find that book helpful.

    Re-starting exercises in my 70's. Qi Gong is new to me and I am building up the routines at my pace and I find it working. I would like to see a five videos each video numbered a simple 1 to 5 much as now but with the ability to take an individual exercise put it into a personal block to follow daily or switch around it would create that personal determination to strengthen chosen parts, exercises

    Video✅ how many repetitions for a minimun (or how long) should each one be done for? In wheel prayer exercise are hands facing inside towards each other or up towards sky and dowm towards earth as you push and pull energy with arms? Any suggestions/information is appreciated.Thank you🌻

    Been doing qi gong and i find yoir routine easy and relaxing. Beads of sweat flowed after just one set. Wll be doing this everyday. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and love to the world. Bless you..

    Thank you, Jeff, for creating Qi Gong videos like this. I think this is our favorite routine. We have been involved in Tai Chi classes for 3 years, but just recently got hooked on Qi Gong. We now exercise daily. We liked this routine so much, my wife filmed me as I performed all the exercises. I certainly don't have the expertise and knowledge you have, but you are one of the Qi Gong experts that have encouraged us to do our Qi Gong daily before breakfast. Our balance is improving and so is our range of motion. The wife even says I'm less cranky! :-) I'm a retired physical education teacher and it has been difficult to find activities that are right for me at my stage of life. Tai Chi and Qi Gong are the perfect fit. My knowledge of fitness kinesiology and physiology is enhanced by the Chinese philosophy of exercise and medicine. Thanks again for your expertise and contribution. You're my hero!

    I absolutely loved this routine. I deal with adrenal insufficiency and several autoimmune conditions. This routine both energized and calmed me, and I felt a bit of reduction in my pain. Thank you!

    What makes this so best for me specifically is that you speak slowly, describe when to breathe..to coordinate in slow way that I can take it in the way its meant to..which is slowly me down to do what Ineed and what other videos,meds have been ableto do. Thank you again.

    I'm going through an extremely tough break up these last 5 weeks which is making my chest feel like its sunken in with a lot of pressure making it hard to breathe on top of racing thoughts and anxiety. And on top of finally making the step to becoming sober from alcohol these last 3 days for me. Started August 5th, wish me good luck. I find this to really help with both of these things I have going on right now. Thanks, Jeff! I'm glad I starting doing this.

    This touched my energy like nothing else. My hands initially started boiling- blistering heat which worried me for a moment. I then purposefully released it through and around my body. Two minutes later you said that you might feel your hands heating up and I laughed. You have helped me move an immense blockage, and I was cheesing cheek to cheek when our session finished. All I can say is thank you for giving me a key. Thank you so much Jeff.
