Jeff--so glad I found you--been looking for a master or quigong instructor for some time but for some reason or another could not hookup--just didnt feel geniune-could not understand--could not relate or something--it is such a breath of fresh air to be with you in this community that feels so genuine--its like I found a port in the storm-- I totally agree that what the world needs now is so much more love and understanding--I will be with you from now on--I desperately need it day and night--will help any way I can and certainly appreciate your unselfish giving--very new to qigong excercises but find all of your instruction very easy to follow which is another difficulty that I have had--thankyou so much--you have no idea how much you have helped in just this short time

Hi Jeff, I felt peace but Felt a bit of unbalanced durng the last exercise I have been dealing with anxiety and depression and sleep issues it helped me feel more calm but there is still tension in my head a bit was hoping it would go 😗🤔😉

Just one question concerning the spine during exhaling and going down with the hands and the upper body in the opening exercise und in parting the clouds. Should I keep my spine straight or should I round it? Many thanks in advance for a short reply!
You're most welcome! Just keep the back in a comfortable position. Somewhere in between straight and rounded. You should feel as if your weight is flowing through your body, down into the ground. Keep up the practice!
Yesterday a great old white pine came to visit me during practice. The foundation was strong, I was able to move up and down a hundred feet of its network and branches with ease. I started today's practice feeling anxious and found true joy in myself though these movements and your words.
