  • Sweet & Spicy Pickled Red Onions! Easy to prepare and easy to enjoy! Try them on tacos, salads, burgers, ramen, you name it! The seasonings in the recipe can be adjusted any way you want them, just remember to include salt! Please note that these are not properly canned, just stored in jars, so they do require refrigeration!

      There wasn’t an exact recipe. In the video I mention just using a 2:1 ratio of water:vinegar depending on how large your container is. Since you may need more or less than used here in order to completely submerge the onions. So for 1 cup of water, use 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar or red wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 Tablespoon of sugar, and the herbs and spices of your choosing
