Warm, delicious, nutty Banana Walnut Bread! A homemade treat loved by many, and now made by you! This is a simple recipe that any skill level can make, and it does not take additional babysitting while it bakes either. A note on done-ness, I baked for 65 minutes at 375, however I did toothpick test it to ensure that there was no wetness inside still. I started checking at 45 minutes, so be mindful if you know your oven runs hot, or may need extra time. But ultimately look for a clean toothpick, testing in the middle and either end of the loaf. More laid back, more casual, and usually made when I’ve yet to have my coffee in the morning.       There wasn’t an exact recipe. In the video I mention just using a 2:1 ratio of water:vinegar depending on how large your container is. Since you may need more or less than used here in order to completely submerge the onions. So for 1 cup of water, use 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar or red wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 Tablespoon of sugar, and the herbs and spices of your choosing

    What is in this bread that makes it vega? Looks like regular bread to me.

      It pretty much is regular bread, but some recipes use milk or eggs depending on the type of bread. So it is vegan “by default” so to speak.

    You can soak those peels in water (2 per container of liquid) and use the banana water to feed baby plants too before you compost the peels . 👍
