- Today I'm canning salsa verde chicken and pickled jalapeños. I'll also preserve fresh basil by making basil salt. Let me know if you'd like the recipes written out.

2lb raw boneless chicken, cubed
1 cup canned white beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup salsa verde
2 tsp salt
2 garlic cloves
4 Tbsp jalapeños
Chicken broth to top jars
Divide among 4 pint jars or 2 quart jars
Pressure can pints for 75min or quarts for 90 minutes
