A FANTASTIC workout to do when you’re tired and don’t want to workout. It’s an excellent low impact workout that will still leave you winded and sweaty. I didn’t have it in me tonight to exercise. Yet, this workout made it easy for me.

I know what you mean, sometimes you just want more, but it ends up being too much and we only find that out the next day when we have a hard time moving 😭 I think it’s because we are used to being told our workouts should be killer or overly intense and that’s what makes them effective but it’s not. Or sometimes you go on an endorphin high and have what seems like endless energy. Unfortunately pushing your body too much Can lead to over training, burn out and injury. What’s Important is the movement, do it to the best of your ability and with intention and you will get maximal benefits. Let keep moving in a sustainable way, you are rocking it ❤️

Just did this workout squeezing my abs for the duration, loved it! However, I noticed that while following along and squeezing my abs - it is very easy to not keep good posture with your tail tucked in. I felt myself having a swayback at times. Great exercise, just be aware of your lower back.

It is definitely something special, I sometimes feel like I’m living in the future. I do miss nature and fresh air so it’s nice to get a way sometimes especially during summer months when it’s super hot and humidity levels are high.

I workout every night for around atleast 3 hours. Its currently 1 am and I started at 8pm, there were breaks however I did 2 hours of 4mph walking and combined this with it (other minor workouts aswell) , Im going to do a 2 minute run and head to bed but this was perfect for the night.
may i know how many kg ur dumbell?

Trying this as I embark on my journey for weighted ab routines having a bad back . I’m using ankle weights for the marches and glute kickbacks…maybe even the knee to elbows
