It must have been before the 3 babies coz I can’t imagine doing that workout with toddlers. I think it was before the babies but after I finally graduated from college (after ten years). I think maybe 1986 - 1991. Anyway, I really love your supportive, encouraging approach to reeling us ladies back in. You rock. I’ve been doing “beginner ballet” at my local jr college for about 4 years but your focus on the abs and spine, from a standing position, is very important and helpful. Thank you, my dear!!!
As a 66 year old slightly flabby woman I appreciate your uncomplicated excercises and calming voice. I just subscribed so I can fit daily fitness into my life. 🥰
Hello everone! I started doing lots of utube workouts during the pandemic. This is one I'm still doing on a daily basis. It's just fabulous and such an all-round ab strengthener. Being a singer, I also do my vocal warm ups as I do the exercises - it's amazing!! I love your enthusiasm, Denise! Don't change a thing ❤

I'm 39 and my mom used to workout everyday growing up. I had 4 kids and gain about 100lb over the course of 20 years. I am so glad to have found your videos again. I'm down 35lbs and going. Thank you!

I had two major surgeries May and June 2022 and God brought me through safely. .... Hallelujah Jesus. I'm almost 76 yrs. I do exercise but not constantly, that is not good, I must admit. My mom did too when I was a teen! Now I'm doing them and boy do you feel it within ten minutes lol. 😓 But it's worth it and you feel great afterwards.😊💪🏾

It’s been years since I followed DA. Now that there’s so many other exercise options to follow I could care less about her over enthusiastic & annoying manner.
I honestly find that she's the only one I can tolerate. Other are simply either bellowing out instructions or trying to talk calmly in an annoying whiney teenage voice. DA is for ladies, not for girly girls.

I love her ease and delivery. I was always taught that specific exercises don’t actually “slim and trim” any specific area. ? Hope that’s wrong!
