Kettlebell ABS Workout | 15 minute No Repeat Sixpack

- In this kettlebell ABS Workout we will be having 15x challenging movements with and without the kettlebell for targeting the abdominals. We will perform each movement for 40 seconds long and we will have 20 seconds rest in between.
You can simply increase the intensity of this workout by adding more weight or/and by doing this routine 2-3 rounds in a row (depending on your fitness level).
In this workout I'm using 12kg | 16kg | 20kg kettlebells

This is SOLID. I’m a triathlete who was looking to improve my abs and core strength. I do this followed by 10-20 minutes on a rowing machine and then I run or ride bike for 30-40 minutes.
Never felt better and I can see the lines coming in. Thank you.

Great Job Daniel. I used this as an add on before i did another workout which was glute focused. I loved all the moves and definitely felt the ab ebgagement throughout. I love how you switch up your workouts so i never know what to expect but i am always delighted.

I definitely gotta save your kettlebell ab workout and do these at the gym. I've been doing regular ab workout without weights and got no results. I've always been intimidated by the kettlebell but just started to incorporate it into my workout a couple of weeks ago and I'm loving it but never tried for abs. Now I'm excited to try these.

Certain exercises cause me lower back discomfort, so if anyone relates, here are some alternatives I did: Side Plank Oblique Raises instead of Russian Twist, Continuous Mountain Climbers (without hip drop), and Plank KB Pull-Throughs instead of high plank transporters. Great workout overall. I pair it with my twice a week leg days.

If I gotta pick 4 moves for 5 rounds to tackle my "desk warrior" belly, which exercises should I go with? Lord knows I'd keel over attempting a whopping 15 workouts, haha! I'm a KB beginner. Love your vid btw!

I have just found your video and did the exercises. I really like it. I hope I can do it everyday to flatten my mid section. How many calories do we burn doing these exercises? Thank you for creating this video.
Wonderful! Well training only your abs will not make it more flat unfortunately but it will make your core stronger for sure! For a flatter waist you can better get a grip on the nutrition, in case you want to lose weight make sure that you are in a calorie deficit state and for burning more calories during the workout try to do target the bigger muscles in the body like the leg and glute muscles of for the upper body the back and the chest muscle so you can burn more during the workout and build some strong and toned muscles! I hope this comment helps!

Depends on so many factors but try with 12kg and see how they go, for some exercises you will definitely need more weight and for some lighter weights
